Threads to speak another language?

So recently I've been wanting to practice my french, and I remember that some people who were one here spoke some French, and I just got the idea to just start a hangout in which people can speak french, but I wasn't sure if it was allowed?

I don't see anything in the rules saying we couldn't, or at least I don't remember seeing it... Laugh

yea I dont remember anything for or against them, so I wanted to ask
