How often is routine maintenance, and for how long? :O

I was wondering the same. I've noticed it happens once every day, for around 30 minutes. Or I could be wrong?

It happens whenever I'm adding something, or messing with the database. The max they last is usually 30 minutes, depending on what I'm doing. ^^
