Hi, uh, I'm new, I wanted to check this place out, it's a bit fun with the battles and all though I'm still very confused about it. xD Is there any way to regen your HP?

Welcome to Midorea! ^^

In order to heal yourself, go to battle under your avatar and scroll down to temple. From there you can choose how much you want to heal.

This thread should help with some other battle and site related things. :]
