Megalopolis (( Super power RP))

In the city of megalopolis, people watch the historic space shuttle landing, but the camera cuts off and an hour later an explosion rocks the city. leaving a large scar in the city, little was it know the space rock aboard the ship was the cause of the massive explosion.Years later the city is divided in three the upper town, the scar, and the slums. the Blast also gave many of the citizens inhuman powers that put their City under quarantine Now the city is divided into three factions the upper town where the main government holds power still with it's loyal citizens, down town who's people are about to rebel and use their powers to over throw the government and run independently. and the Scar where most of the damage was. the people there suffered most and are changed more drastically since they where so close to the blast. trusting nether the Government or the rebels. the lines have been drawn in the streets.. who will you follow?

Powers and Mutant Traits: can create and manipulate fire. under stress she can combust igniting her entire body.

Background: Marie was alone siting on the roof of her parent's apartment building watching the stars when the shuttle crashed when she woke up the next week she had serious burns all over her body that rapidly healed over the few days. when she was given a clan bill of health she found out that the government put military all around the city to prevent anyone from leaving. she heard people saying that we must trust what they do, but that didn't make her feel any better, and other people said that they needed to fight back. and that sounded like an even worst Idea.. when she returned home she founded out that her apartment as well as several other blocks where destroyed in the crash leaving her with no place else to live. then everyone started doing weird things like flying and lifting cars. she found out hers when some one tried to mug her she combusted into flames leaving the man burnt to a crisp. now she is the most powerful mutant protecting the people caught in the cross fire

Appearance: Her hair is bright red, her eyes an emerald green. she wears leather corset and black jeans. on her feet she wears heavy boots and long gloves over her hands and forearm

Other: she is the Leader of the Scar and protector of the people in her part of the city

Character Name: Carole Tetus (aka The Puppeteer)

Gender: Female

Powers and Mutant Traits: Can control people, animals and toys like dolls or stuffed animals to do her bidding. Also can control the recently dead.

Background: Carole was leaving a small toy store at the time the shuttle fell from the sky. She had been holding a fairytale soldier puppet when she was hit with a shock wave from the crash. She woke up a few days later completely different. She wandered the streets for days looking for her parents, unsuccessful. She discovered her powers after running into a group of military soldiers and some how being able to make them kill themselves. She hid for many days after that, having gotten the attention of a group of rebles, only making it worse by killing one of them unintentionally. She now keeps her distance from people and hides in the scar, collecting supplies and food to either sell or use for herself.

Appearance: Brown hair in a bun and coal black eyes. She wears something like this but without the gun, hat, and in blue. She is pale white and looks like tin soldier basically.

Other: She resides in an abandoned toy store most of the time and is rather shy when it come to people.

Marie Walked the streets of the scar looking out to the Gash that divided the city. her Burning read hair was caught in the wind while actual flames licked off the ends was the only thing keeping her warm in the high winds that high up. she sighed turning her head to her demolished home and hoped down now looking for a place to eat.

Carole laid in the makeshift bed of pillows and thick blankets. She watched as her mini army of stuffed animals sorted boxes of food and medicine from a recent raid of an abandoned warehouse. She glanced up at the pitch black ceiling for a moment before closing her eyes and resting.

marie looked at the toys and torched them before following the ones leaving back to where they where going.

Carole continued to sleep peacefully while her toys brought back the supplies.

soon the ones on fire Came in followed by Marie." that food dosen't belong to you... it's for everyone in the scar." she said as her arms caught fire as well as her hair. making her look like a fearful sight.

[LadyHarpy]

"It's my catch." Carole said plainly, not very intimidated by the sight at all.

"If the people in the scar want it they should have gotten it themselves. Not my fault if people can't get there as fast as my toys can."

She sat up from her bed stopped her control on the toys on fire, all of them falling into piles of burning fluff.

Marie looked at her." it's a Warehouse.. people keep things there. people are going to go Hungary because of you."

"The people who owned it abandoned it. They haven't been there since the day the shuttle fell. I would know, it's were the military has been sticking their ugly noses to see if they can trick us out of our hiding places."

Carole replied as she hopped over to the pile of supplies and controled some toys to open one of the crates.

"so what? no one can touch me.. I can give anyone what they want. the were house belong to everyone in the scar.

Carole raised and eyebrow at the girl as she rummaged trough the crate.

"Then they can go get their own stuff. I grabbed what I wanted, I didn't take it all."

Character Name: Gillian 'Gilli' Falco (aka Diamond Light)

Age: 12

Gender: Male

Powers: Can absorb, control and manipulate light photons.

Background: Already gifted with his powers before the crash, Gillian had served as a member under the Academy of Heroes. A super group and training academy for young developing heroes. Warning had been issued to the Academy along with other super groups shortly after the crash. Gillian already nearby was the first of his team to enter the city before the entire sector was sealed off. The sudden quarantine sealing him in and the rest of his team (and other possible heroes) out; as far as he knew.

Other: So far he's claimed no allegiance to any of the 'supposed' factions. Though history would show it's more probable he'd assist the goverment.
