Lost Currency?

Hi, I just signed up. I went to exchange my starter 50 Copper and make it into 10 Silver since 5 Copper = 1 Silver.

I put in 50 in the number box, From Copper To Silver. ... And now I only have 2 Silver and no Copper. What's the deal? Where did the other 8 Silver go?

Did you perhaps have negative cash when you exchanged the copper? Or did you mean you only got 2 silver in return?

I had 50 Copper. I exchanged it for what I thought would be 10 Silver. And I recieved 2 Silver. So yes, I only recieved 2 Silver in return.
