2. A waterproof tent. (Doubles as shelter and a means of collecting condensation)
3. A potted orange tree. (Renewable source of vitamin C to supplement whatever food grows or can be caught locally. Also wards off scurvy, satisfies the sweet tooth, and provides a secondary source of moisture.)

My people would be:
1. A girl about my age for *ahem* companionship, preferably one with a slow metabolism to make the food count for more.
2. A native of wherever I'm stranded, so I know which foods are safe and how to get them.
3. My cat. I love my cat.

3. One wildlife guidebook, printed from plastic. (For information on all the native plants and animals. The plastic makes it waterproof.)

My people would be:
1. My friend Patrick, who is a Marine and an incredibly good survivalist.
2. A young Tecumseh, because he'll have lived in similar conditions during his life.
3. An attractive guy of the same approximate age and temperament as myself. No good to have him around if he's a whiny jerk, is there?
