| Hey Folks, I have a quick question for the femails of Midorea:
During a date do you like it or mind if a guy asks to kiss you?
I ask because I keep thinking that if I ask a girl "May I kiss you?" she'd laugh at me.
and Guys: have you asked a girl if you ay kiss her? and what was the result?

| Haha, personally I don't mind that. Honestly, on my first date with Raz, I leaned up to kiss him but he (being the oblivious oaf that he is) didn't realize it, and turned away. XDD I was sad but looking back on it, I find it funny.
Asking for kisses is sweet. I don't see why anyone would be bothered by it, unless she's the submissive type that likes to be dominated/controlled or whatever. However, in such an innocent situation, I don't think anyone would mind. If anything, it would make her respect or admire you, because you don't run into polite guys often. It also makes you seem really cute, and I don't think any girl minds that.
It's funny that you mention that though because lately I've fallen into the habit of asking: "Can I have a kiss?" ._. We've been dating for eleven months and NOW I'm asking if he'll kiss me. Weird.

| I don't mind. In fact I think it's kind of sweet, but only if you are on the first date if you asks on the second date it's not so sweet.

| Ah, agreed. It's best left for first dates. I think that's the thing he was getting at though.

| It's adorable, actually! Most girls upon hearing that, or hearing of it happening to someone else just melt into a puddle, even the non romantic ones. xD;
I won't say limit it to the first date, though. If it's the first kiss, then yes. It's so sweet. But after the first kiss, it's best to leave that out.
And may I say good on you! Most guys aren't that considerate. That's actually why a lot of girls like being asked, as it shows them that you actually care about their preferences. (=

| Honestly, it depends on age in my opinion.
If you guys are teenagers, then yes the asking thing is sweet. If you're adults though, it might make the situation a little awkward and could take the romantic-ness out of it. Honestly even if I wasn't super into a guy and he asked me that after a date I doubt I would say no. You're kind of putting her on the spot. If she wants to kiss you, she will give you an easy opening, and it will feel natural instead of, I don't know the word, something like planned?
I hope I made sense. xD

ahh I see... I see...
But surely asking to "Take her up the bording ramp" would be less romantic?

| Here's an idea!
Start by kissing her hand one date, then her cheek the next. If you go on a third date I promise she likes you enough to kiss you. A chick will not think you're being too pushy and moving too fast if you go for a kiss on the third date. ;3

| Ahh, LOL UR FACE has a good plan. x3 Kisses on the hand are sweet, even though I'm not one for the cheek.
Like I said before though... it depends on the girl's personality. You don't want her to get tired of waiting or anything.

XD My comfort zone is too broad for that. The only people that have ever kissed me on my cheek are friends, haha.

| Oh, just regular television shows.
TV isn't a very accurate portrayal of... well, anything. xP
If I may ask, how old is the girl? LOL UR FACE was right in saying that it depends on her age.

| based on my limited knowledge of the romatic world; the first 3 dates would be no kisses for me (on lips) for me, hands and cheeks are fine. Asking about kissing would be good for me anyways, invading my space with out warning can be bad for your health :/
