Different bases

So... as I looked through the forums I realized there were quite many people waring some red/black/light blue skins etc.
I really liked these modifications, but I'm not sure how to get those. It sure seems that most of them were previous Monthly Items, is that right?
So now the only way to get them - is by the marketplace?

The blue(like I'm wearing), red w/ orange marking, (dark)brown and silver bases were event items from the spring event. ^^ (the bases come with the potions)

The black skin w/ red scales is the fallen deity skin, a past relic called "true form of the fallen deities". The regular skin tone with blue scales is the ice dragon skin, available with the mystical ice dragon potion and then there's the centaur body, a past relic called "true form of the deities".

And I think that's all of them. ^^

Ah! Thank you very much!
At first I looked though the vent items, but didn't see those potions.
Also, if drink one of these ( from the spring event potions) and then want to change color by drinking another... will the previous one disappear?

They're permanent, as long as you have the potion in your inventory you will always be able to wear the bases. ^^
