Okay so I fought a few monsters and I took some damage, can someone explain to me how to heal myself, please?

Go to the battle part of the menu and select temple, you then get healing options.

Partial healing costs 1 silver per HP and should be the best bet

    (And remember to go to Magic and Novelties and stock up on Health Potions/Healing Apples. They'll keep you alive in battle. ;))
