Would it be alright to create a thread there to keep my OCs in? I'd like one place to have all the OCs I plan to use here in, as well as the threads they frequently visit linked in.

Hm... I don't think it would be stretching it too much if you put your OC's here considering they're your creation and all.

To me, either location would work, so place them where you want them to be. If it turns out what I've told you is wrong, I can always move the thread. :]
