| You can exchange feathers for blooms if you'd like, and blooms can get you either a tree, a padao(I think thats the name...its a weapon), a pair of wings or an elemental cape. Then if you want the elemental skins, the easiest way is to RP for it. And then you can also get the lotus feather weapon and the lotus feathers(the actually item) by using lotus feathers...YOU HAVE TO READ THE THREAD ITS TOO HARD TO EXPLAIN

| The skin items you can purchase later on if people get doubles. I've already received a double wind and I plan on getting at least two of each. <3
Thing is, Cat is doing this all on her own, you know, giving them out and such, since the mods are really busy with stuff so she doesn't have time to hand out all the ones she needs to at once.
