    So, I've been participating in the RP for the event, and I got all of the potions for the new skins... And I notice that the previews include matching eyes for all of the bases.

    Well, it seems that I only have the matching eyes for the earth and water bases.

    Anyone else?

These have yet to be added to the system. Most likely, you'll be able to use them tomorrow. ^^
