| My my, I don't think it'll take much time to become familiar with this site, heh.
Eh, je m'appelle "L'hiver".
Sometimes I like to type in accents, or other languages. Just the unimportant things, so that the majority of people can understand.

| Thank you all for the welcome, heh.
L'hiver isn't liver, haha!
French, for (the) Winter.
Sometimes I'll type a bit of French or German, but since I'm still not overly confident with either Russian or Italian, I'll just use those for greetings 'n' stuff. Heh heh.

| I'm just being silly. X3
Spreken sie Duetch?
Nein, Ich bin Americana.
That's about the extent of my German from what few times I payed attention in class. But I think I can remember a few other useful phrases like "Can I have a cookie" or "I don't have homework". I'd probably spelled the words wrong though.

| I thought so. xD
Ein bisschen, ja.
I really enjoyed my German lessons. Languages interested me a lot more than most other things, heh.
Eh, spelling's not much a problem, provided that it's understandable. Phonetic spelling's just as good.

| I took German because a) I took a trip to Germany and it frustrated the crap out of me that I couldn't talk to (most) of the people, b) the class was really small and it's more fun to have a one on one relationship with a teacher, c) cognates. Cognates got me through that class. XP
I like listening to other languages but I lack the motivation gene in order to learn anymore than simple phrases.

I love languages too. x3 I've been taking Japanese for two years and absolutely adore it; if I weren't taking psychology next year I'd be taking German, haha.
