Character Creation Issue

Okay, so I went to create a character and after filling out the first page and clicking "Continue", it said "You can not create more than one character". But the thing is, I haven't created a character in the first place. :/ And when I click on the "Shops" tab it says I can't do that until I create a character.

First I tried Melodieux.
Then just plain Melody.

Are those names taken or something?

Melodieux shouldn't be taken, considering that's your username.

Try making the character with your username again, and if you get a blank page or an error, take a screenie and post it here.
