How do I heal?

My battle is over, but my hit points are down. How do I get them back up (I'm kinda new, so if you could hepl me, that wouldn be terrriffic!)

You can heal at the Temple.

And if you need to have healing in game (This should be in the Battle Guide) there are health potions in the stores you can buy. Not very expensive and really helpful when battling monsters with not a lot of HPs.
