I just finished reading it, and may I say it was a marvelous book.

Anyone else read it? Or have read the Eragon Trilogy in general?

i have yet to buy the book.
i'm waiting for my sister to get it for me,since she bought me the other two.
honestly i was surprised with the title and color of the book.
I figured it to be green and be titled with an E. XD

well there was blue and red.
Green is another one of the main colors that is always used.

and plus i read somewheres a long time ago that it they were thinking of making it green and calling it Empire. or something.

Actually, it's a cycle of four books, not a trilogy.
@ Twinklestar- Me too! XP I thought the third book was going to have the green dragon on it and be called Empire. I was surprised when it was gold and started with a B, it broke the books-starting-with-E chain :/

For the past three books, I haven't been able to buy the book when it came out and then read it at the same time. XP
I first saw Eragon in 5th grade. Some kid in my class was reading it (and since my mom had been yelling at me to find a book since I finished my last book a few days before) and I saw a blue book with a dragon on it, so I was like "Hey that looks cool, I'll go ask him what he's reading." I asked him, he said he didn't like it, and I ended up reading it a year later in 6th grade.
I found Eldest in a book store at Williamsburg while I was there with my grandparents in 7th grade. I had no idea when it came out, so I freaked out and bought it right then and there XP Needless to say, my grandpa was mad that I wanted to stay in the hotel and read instead of go out xD
With Brisingr, I bought it the day after it came out, but I didn't get to actually read it until a few weeks later because of school and all. It's funny. I read it the same time as five other people in my Drama class, so instead of paying attention, all we would do was talk about the books xD

I remember reading about that.
At first it was to be only 3, but the third book just ended up being too long lol.
So a fourth has come up.
MAYBE that one will be green and be named Eldest!!!
That would be awesome ahha.
