Battle System Question (again)

I'm just wondering because I haven't seen this anywhere......does fleeing or being killed negatively impact you in any way? Does it reduce the amount of silver gained from subsequent battles? Also, what level do you have to be to start earning spirit points (whatever those do)?

As far as I know, fleeing or being defeated have no negative inpacts on you or your character aside from the flee/win/loss count.

Spirit points cannot be earned at any level yet. I was told of what they do once, but sadly, I forgot. ^^; I don't know if or when they'll ever be added to the system.

I have a new question. Apparently monsters are supposed to drop stuff......is this feature currently working? Or does deleting your character and making a new one impact your progress toward getting a dropped item?

However, from what I've seen the drop rate is rather low right now.

Not that I know of. I've deleted and recreated my character many times and still get drops about the same as I did before. (This, I'm talking about the winter event drops. I haven't gotten anything since then and battle every day.)

Ah I'll check that thread out. I too have been battling a LOT.....enough to have made about 8k or so from it and have not had one single drop. So it was making me wonder. ^^;

Yeah, your post reminded me that I was going to ask them about the drop rates. ^^; It's apparently pretty hard to get them to drop a decent amount.

Indeed, perhaps they made them too hard since from what I've read of that thread thus far, they were too easy to get at first. I think a happier balance needs to be struck. At least let me get one drop item every 10k of battling. XDDD

Ahh haha, well I see you added to the site feedback thread. I must say, the most unique thing about this site is the frequency of the rate of mods asking admins questions on the boards lowly members can see. I have been a member of pretty much any site out there and when a mod comes across something they don't know and have to ask an admin, they usually run away to whatever staff forum there is. It is kinda refreshing to see the work as it unfolds. ^^

Haha, I'm not about to make it seem like I'm perfect or special. xP If I don't know something, I'll ask just like any other user; that's all I really am when it comes right down to it.

Plus I'm sure that if I have a question about something, another user is wondering the same thing. ._.

Hehe, anyway, all we can really do now is wait for an admin to reply. ^^
