Who is Catghost?

Ok probably a really obvious question, but who is Catghost? On a bunch of forums I see her name pop up: is she the creator/co-creator of Midorea or the highest level moderator or something entirely different?

please forgive my noob questions

Catghost is the creator of the site and the head administrator of the forums. She does the bulk of the work, including pixeling and all that. Most items are made by her.

Well... that explains things. and I'm guessing that you helped with her idea to become a reality?

Ehh, somewhat. I came around when the site was still in beta and kind of rose to my position from a regular member. ^^; So it's less that I helped her make it a reality and more that I help her keep it going.

Even then I feel like I'm giving myself to much credit. XD

On your profile it says that you do a lot of the background work for Midorea, What does that mean exactly? Also do you know why there is a question mark for rogue instead of a picture in your avatar's class?

I do a lot of testing for various parts of the battle system, including items, monsters, quests, upcoming features, weapons, and all that. I add items to the database and then add them to the shops, I make the monsters, I do a lot with the plot, I help coordinate events... Pretty much whatever needs to be done. XD I also work on the social networks from time to time, but I often forget.

And we still need some of those images made. We're currently working on updating the site - a project we're calling v3 - so those things will be updated with it.

I just realized that since Catghost was the creator; she got first dibs on usernames right?

Haha, yeah. xP But I think she went by Catghost long before Midorea. She used to be a member of the old avatar site Eternal Nox. I know she's been on others, too.

P.S- is is just me or do you feel that catghost will just suddenly reply sensing that we were talking about her... o_0

Uhh... that might be one of the pieces that she had commissioned, but I can't really remember. I'll send her in here to answer that question herself.

And she does that sometimes. XD But this time I'm summoning her on purpose.

Speaking of lost clothing, my new socks and shoes don't seem to show up on my avatar. Every time I try, I end up going barefoot. I've messaged our phantom creator about it.

Chu pretty much answered your question already. But also, no, I did not do the background art on the homepage! Though I do do a lot of the other backgrounds you see around the site.
