| You can still get them if you haven't already. I just tackled them because while at lvl one I'd only be battling lvl one monsters so I'm not waiting longer as I would at like vl 10 and tackling a bunch of different monsters. ^^;;
At The Great Gated City, talk with Uro, he'll ask you to battle 4 Lizards, and then he'll give you the Steampunk Gun! :D [only once though]
Then in the Outskirts, there are the Coal, Energy, and Metal dragons.

| Only things like "Go battle lvl 15 monster!" and you're only at lvl ten, then you gotta get up to lvl 15 to see and battle them. ^^
