Essences and Elixers?

So I've bee seeing Forbidden Fire Dragon Elixers and Essence of the Water Dragon, but I'm confused as to what these items actually do. More specifically, does the Fire Dragon Elixer give the Female Fire Dragon Base skin? What else does the item(s) include equiping-wise?

That's exactly it! The Fire Dragon elixir gives you the ability to have the male and female fire dragon base for your avatar. There's one for earth, fire, water, and wind from an old event. There is also the Mystical Ice Dragon potion, which gives you the ice dragon base from another event. All 5 just give you the male and female bases, but that's it c:
