Sei: Clothing isn't used in the Battle Arena. Generally items that are have a duration of 2+ indicates that it is something that can be used in the Arena. I'm not sure why clothes have 1/1 duration; it might just be how the item uploading system works.

Yeah, that's how the system work. I'm guessing anything in it needs to have at least 1 duration, otherwise the system takes it out.

Oh, and about the siggy, just click "edit profile" in the box at the top of your screen (beside your currency list), then "profile info". The little box to edit signature is there.

@Maeve: That was what I was thinking too.

I would be cool if some of the common items, like shirts and shoes could be used as armor. They wouldn't last long though XD

Ok, I guess the donation items work the same way as common clothing then? It's good to know I won't have to constantly go buy clothing then XD

@ Gladde: Yeah, it would be nice, but at the same time, armors have that bad habits of vanishing, which is why the few we have are not used in the battle system (ARIs at least).
I'm guessing it would be really pricey after some time... Plus, I never really saw the need for an armor in the battle system. It doesn't seem to make that much of a difference...

@ Pocket: Don't worry, I forget where it is half the time too XD

@ Sei: Yup, except for a few which can be used as weapons, but they cannot be completely broken. At worst, they will stay at 1 duration unless you repair them, but you'll always be able to equip them.

It seems kind of like a waste to me, since I'm usually pretty broke anyway.

You say armor doesn't make a difference in the battle system? What about shields and rings and such? I noticed quite a few equipment slots.

I've noticed that too. It was nice to have the extra protection the one time I did buy armor, especially against the tough monsters, like Spiffy Shit.

@Sei: There are a lot of item slots, but not a whole lot of items that can be used in them.

I never really bothered to buy any. Knowing me, I'd forget to wear it anyway XP
But yeah, I guess it could be useful against tougher monsters.
You just reminded me that I haven't fought Spiffies for a while. Need to level up and go hunt some

And yeah, I'm guessing those slots came with the ADR thing. Maybe they will be used later on.

I'm noticing a lot of item overlap in the avatar creator. A lot of things show up in more than one slot XD
Is it just because they weren't sure how to qualify things?

...I think I'll save up some money for a new hairstyle.

@Sei: The items in extra layer slots is to provide different layering options with the same item. There was one item, the big blue/white wings, that had to be given another layer because of some sort of layering issue.

@Maeve: The Spiffies are hard, but so worth it :3

Mostly, it allows you to layer them differently, or wear them more then once.

Oh, I see. That makes sense. I can see how adding them to multiple layers allows for more flexibility and creativity for avatars. That's good to know!
