Millenia's eye twitched when she was reminded about the incident at the bar. "You're just jealous of him, aren't you?" she squeezed his cheeks as if he was a little naughty kid.
"You do whatever you like, I think I'll retire for the day though..." She waved him goodbye and flew back home.

Her little home was engraved in a tall cliff , the only entrance was a huge balcony. It was pretty far from the castle, but it had a nice view. Once she descended, Millenia retracted her wings and want to lay on the bed. She flopped on it, reached for one of her many pillows and hugged it.
I wonder if there is a way to see Sam again...

Seth frowned as she squeezed his cheeks. He wanted to comment that he wasn't jealous of the guy. Hell, he knew how Nia felt in his arms. But that was as 'Sam.' He watched as she flew off towards her home. Turning the other way, Seth found his gateway and turned invisible before going to the other side. He knew that he should get some rest but he wasn't tired. His sleeping habits were unusual to most but he liked how they worked for him. He could go nearly a week without sleep but then he would have to sleep for three days straight.

Once on the other side, he transformed into 'Sam' before making his way to a good spot to become visible. Walking from the alleyway, he removed his glasses to clean some of the ashes off. Replacing them, he caught himself from bumping into a young woman. Glancing over at him, she frowned. Her eyes were an unnatural shade of red and he could tell she was a demon. He hoped she couldn't tell that he was one and when she stormed off, he let out a sigh of relief. "Close call there..." He said to himself.

((I've been wanting to call him Sam now. xD ))

As Millenia was laying on her bed daydreaming about Sam, she also remembered another character. She shuddered as she remembered those cold, dark eyes that sent chills down the spine. She quickly sat up on her bed, thought for a second and quickly stood up.
I think I have it... she thought as she hurried to her bookcase.
"Where is it?..." Millenia rummaged through the books sometimes even dropping them on the floor.
"Not here," she then looked at the top shelf and fair enough, an old dusty book was right there where she couldn't reach. She stepped on the lower shelf and reached for the book. The case wavered dangerously and Millenia flopped down on the ground with the old book clasped in her hand. She coughed and knelt down placing the book on her lap. She flipped the pages rapidly till her eyes stopped on the keyword 'fear'.
"Human form... Tall... Scary... Eye contact... Bone chilling..!"
There was also an illustration on that page which she studied carefully, her eyes grew wider and wider as she did.
"The High messenger, a fear demon..."
But what did he want with her at that human club?

As Seth made his way to the same club that he had danced with Nia at, he couldn't help but think of the woman he bumped into. He couldn't tell what kind of demon she was but he did know she was one. The music in the club was slightly off this night but he was too preoccupied to tell. The same young woman/demon made her way to him.

"Dance with me." She whispered into his ear. He wasn't in the mood to dance but felt his body following her onto the dance floor. Her red eyes flashed with hunger. Seth felt her hands caressing his arms and chest as she scanned his body.

"Look... I'm not sure you want to do this..." He said, struggling as he felt an invisible force tightening its grip on him. Looking around, he wondered why it was that the humans were just standing there. She must have them in a trance... He thought to himself, wishing slightly that Nia or even that horny toad demon was here.

Millenia was walking back and fourth. No matter how much she thought about it, she just couldn't put the puzzle pieces together. There must be something he hadn't noticed yet. She kept replaying the last time she was at the bar and when he approached her.
"What happened next... Gah!" she gnawed on a tip of a handkerchief from annoyance.
"Next... next... what happened then? ... Sam!" it struck her. It was a wild guess, but at least she thought she had some kind of a lead.
Millenia ran to her balcony, spread her black wings and took of straight to the surface. Her pretty face was frowning, even the guards didn't dare to ask her what was wrong.

As soon as she came out in the same alleyway, Millenia transformed her clothes and quickly paced toward the club entrance. She attempted to go in like she usually does, but...
"Wait a minute, Miss, you're not permitted to go in today," the guard stopped her rather roughly.
"What?!" Millenia fumed. "How dare you not to let me in?!" she started causing a fuss.

((Oh, oh! A new char! *curious*))

The woman laughed wickedly. "Dear boy, you have no idea what I want to do..." She stroked his cheek and Seth tried turning it away. This caused her to laugh loudly. He knew that when he had transformed, it caused his strength and skills to diminish to half of its normal range. Cursing himself for letting his guard down, he wondered if she knew he was a demon.

"I'm sorry, woman. But you're not really my type." Seth remarked with a smirk. If he could find some way to distract her, then he could turn invisible and escape. If she didn't know he was a demon, he hoped to keep it that way. She frowned as her hand quickly went from stroking his cheek to slapping it. The impact stung and caused him to wince.

"Oh, but you are my type. I can feel your energy pulsating and I want to taste it." She spoke, twirling around. "But I want to dance first." She grabbed his hand and with her power caused him to dance along. From outside, both could hear someone fussing. Flinging Seth to the ground, the woman marched to the doorway. Opening the door, she glared at the guard and demon. Oh, joy... A succubus. The woman thought to herself. "Ugh, let the thing in. Maybe I'll be feeling generous and let her savor a man or two."

((I thought I'd spice it up some. Give Nia some competition. ^_^))

The thing?! Millenia was outraged and surprised. Another demon, and better yet, a one that gave of a vibe of a succubus, but in a different way. It was as though the woman was from an entirely different league.

As the guard let her pass, Millenia straightened her clothes out and glared at him as she was passing by. She followed the woman through the door falling behind a bit. Millenia kept wondering who she might be as she stared at her from behind.
Once inside, Millenia was overwhelmed by the exposition of the demons power, but what struck her the most was who she saw on the dance floor.
"Sam..." she barely let out a noise. It felt like her body went numb.
"What is the meaning of this? What are you?"

The woman's laughter rung out through the club. Seth groaned as he tried to sit up. The demon was stronger than he had expected her to be. Glancing up, he saw Nia walking behind her. The woman turned around and glared at Nia. "I don't believe I should answer that. " The woman said coldly. "I will not allow you to ruin my mood. Just pick you one guy and be gone." She watched as Nia had glanced over to Seth. A frown deepened on her face as she tsked towards Nia. "He's off limits, girl."

"Just leave..." Seth said, barely able to stand up. He managed to get to his knees and glanced over to the side where his glasses laid shattered on the floor. "Great, my favorite pair of glasses." Slowly, he stood up and tried making his way to Nia. He had to tell her to go and not worry about him. This demon was too strong for either of them.

((So, do you think Seth should keep up the charade or should Nia find out who he is?))

((Well, at this point its up to you, I don't mind if he reveals himself. Just not sure how Millenia should react @_@ ))

No matter what 'Sam' said, Millenia wasn't about to give up that easily. Something that seemed like direct manipulation, was against her principles.
"Oh really? But that's just too bad..." she pretended to be almost indifferent.
"Hmm.... But I believe your seductive powers are greater than that," she started to play with fire.
"Why don't we have a little contest?" she suggested as she slowly paced towards 'Sam', but not getting too near him.
"The one who manages to attract this guy without body manipulation, will win?" the suggestion was risky. Millenia's brain worked frantically to think of a plan B.
"However, for that to work you have to lift your 'charm' from him now..."

((Here might be an opportunity for Seth if you chose so =] ))

The woman faked a yawn as Nia made her proposition. It was a devious plan and the woman thought it might prove fun. But she also could tell that this twit knew the boy. "How do I know if you aren't a cheater and already have had this boy in your bed?" Seth groaned, the thought of being in bed with Nia was... nothing he wanted to picture.

"Why don't you just leave me out of this?" Seth remarked. He knew he would be risking Nia's life if he didn't turn back to his demon self. But he knew that she would hate him if he did... Cursing aloud, he decided to see if the woman would take her up on this offer. But he had to think quickly on how to make her think that Nia wasn't his type... "Like I would choose either of you. Obviously, you two are demons... Vile creatures." Seth hoped that if she didn't accept then at least she would be angry at him and leave Nia out of it. He could handle the ire of a scorn woman long enough for Nia to escape.

((You know... I think Seth might be best staying as Sam. I'm liking him being two personalities and it would prove fun later on.))

Sam's words struck Millenia like lightening. There was a sudden feeling of déjà vu . Her head dropped down a little so to hide her eyes, she was sad and furious at the same time. She should have known better that to hope for something, especially from a human being.
Millenia clenched her fists tightly and raised her head up high.
"You know, on second thought, I'd rather not stand in your way on this one," she smiled an evil smile.
"Can I still take you up on that offer to take any other guy in this room?"
Millenia felt her rage boiling, but there were better ways to let it out than to pick up a fight with someone she didn't even know. She cursed herself again and again to have shown her weakness to someone for even a split second.

Seth couldn't believe that Nia had been the one to get so angry. Did she not realize that for some crazy reason, he was hoping to let her leave without any harm? [i]Damn woman...[/d] He thought to himself.

"Ohohohoho! I believe the boy is too feisty even for me." The woman exclaimed, her red eyes flickering towards Seth. "I actually would prefer to see you two together for a "meal." Besides, I have no tastes in demons myself." The woman made a gesture with her hand and had a few random men follow her out the door, leaving the rest in a trance and Seth and Nia alone.

"Damn it!" Seth growled once the coast was clear. "How could YOU be the one to get upset over that when I was saying it to get her angry?!" He felt the pressure dissipate once the woman had left. His mind was already weaving a tale of how to explain why the woman called him a demon without telling Nia who he was.

Millenia was confused for a minute. She watched the woman leave with a growing bewilderment. What she said, made no sense at all, Millenia was about to ask Sam when he suddenly snapped at her. His words made her even more confused and angry.
"Hey, hey! Wait a minute, buddy!" she didn't know how to react.
"How do you think one should react at you r words?!" she began to raise her voice, "And anyway, how do you know who I was and .. and..." she began to feel as if she was about to cry, but her anger helped her to control that.
"Just forget it! It was a mistake to even be worried about you!" she turned around so she wouldn't have to look at Sam.

Seth walked over to her and wrapped his arms around, holding firm as she struggled. "I said those things so she wouldn't hurt you. Silly girl..." He whispered into her ear. Being this close to Nia was causing Seth to have an intoxicated feeling. He figured it was her 'charms' but didn't care. "And you are right. It is a mistake to worry about me..." Pulling away, he frowned. "But for what it's worth... It wasn't a mistake for me to worry about you. Even if it goes against how I should feel about you." With that, he walked past her and started to head out the door. Seth didn't want to look back at her and he knew that he wouldn't be seeing her in either world for awhile. Maybe I'll just avoid her and see what the hell is wrong with my mind. He thought to himself.

Millenia shuddered when he wrapped his arms around her. She tried to break free, but felt that it was futile. Sam's words were soothing, however they didn't answer all of her questions. As if under a spell she stood there till he finally let go of her and even though she wanted to go after him, her body didn't move.
"Sam..." she managed to speak up. "Sam?" she ran out after him, but he was long gone by then.
Millenia didn't feel like doing anything anymore, but she suddenly felt weak and almost stumbled into some guy.
"Are you okay, Miss?" he seemed concerned.
"I'm... I'm fine, just felt a little light-headed," she knew that wasn't it. She needed to refill her energy levels...
