What's for dinner?

I havent decided what is for dinner tonight. I have class from 5 pm to 10 pm at night so it's kinda looking like oreos again. I suppose I could just go thru a fast food joint but that will just go straight to my booty which is not at all necessary!

My boyfriend has to work late tonight, so I'm going to cook up some meat filling for burrito's. I'm going to fill them with meat mixture, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomatoes and lettuce, and a spoonful of sour cream.
I like making these when I'm eating alone, since the leftovers are great to bring to work for lunch the next day.

My last dinner was...some noodle thing that my friend's mom cooked up. It was asian and i liked it. Sometimes i'll cook for myself but usually i just grab snacks or eat leftovers. My favorite dinner food...um..i don't exactly have one. There are foods that i like and prefer but i wouldn't say that there's one dish that i value above them all.

My favorite thing to cook is really easy.
Its Rice, with Chicken and Curry.

You set a burner to low, where the flame is nearly out but is still close to a low medium. And you put however much rice you want into a pot and cover it completely with water, and let it cook for 20 minutes.

Then you cook the chicken how ever you want and bring a small pot out with a little water and curry. The heat melts the curry and you stir in water until its as thick or thin as you want. Then you put it all together.

So yummy and easy <3

Turkey sandwish with cheese, etc.
And drinking those V8 Fusion drinks. They're yummy. :3

My dinner consists of Tortellini and some pasta sauce chucked on it. -_-
It was either that or a frozen prawn curry.

I really fancy a Beef Strognaoff though.. D:

I'm totally thinking about stopping at Chipotle on my way home from work. I love that place. It's quick, it's easy, it's yummy. I always get 3 steak soft taco and take home the chips and salsa. My dog and I always split the chips and salsa. It's amazing stuff

But tonight my mom made yucky stuffed peppers.
I wanted to make lasagna. Or homemade pizza. But she wouldn't let me.

So, I'll probably make something simple for myself, since I won't eat the peppers. But tomorrow, I'll be eating school lunch. :/

; ;@stuffed peppers. They're some relic from the 60's or 70s that really needs to be forgotten. I love things in 'natural' containers but the application of the recipe is ... not good.

I have made 'custard' stuffed peppers, mimicking that japanese dish that is in the porcelain cups, and there are a ton of good things to do with poblanos, so there is still hope for peppers in general.

I had spaghetti and meatballs for dinner. Not great but not bad. I may have cookies later. D=

What am I making for dinner tonight? I have no idea, probably pasta and salad. I'm a big pasta fan.

I made lemon and rosemary chicken last night... with salad!! It tasted really good... I was sad I only made enough for one piece a person.

I can't wait to have me some fish though.

Oh, and homemade pizza is the best! But I love sushi and chinese food the most~ xD
