| For me, cooking comes pretty naturally, but I cook comfort food which is all my family eats (yeah, we're a bit big, but that's okay).
I can cook a mean spaghetti and my Orange Chicken is better than Panda Express's. I have also made homemade pickles as well as ice cream, and I'm pretty good at making anything with ground beef, noodles, or chicken.
That being said, I LIKE cooking. If you don't like cooking, it's hard. If you like cooking, and enjoy being in the kitchen, cooking will come easier to you. It's all about what you like to eat, and being comfortable with what you are cooking.
That being said, I just became a food prep at Disneyland, and am actually considering culinary school in the future, although this is NOTHING like cooking at home.
Oh, and I recommend putting ground beef IN the tomato sauce for spaghetti. It adds more flavor, and allows a thicker, meatier spaghetti sauce that actually sticks to the noodles well. But maybe that's just me. XD
