Lol noooo, not at all! You don't HAVE to do it at all. I haven't had any profiles submitted yet, so you're not missing much atm. Once we have a few players, things will start to pick up though.

Unfortunately the set up is pretty strict. As you'll see when you look through the information provided in the OOC thread, there's specific clans and such, since it's actually based off of Vampire: The Masquerade. Take a look through the info there and see if you can adapt your character to it.

It looks like alot of reading, but it's actually fairly straight forwards. There are 13 clans of vampires total (though only the one outlined in the Thread are playable), separated in to High Clans and Low Clans. It's all part of the actual culture and structure of the game.

They still drink blood and stuff like the general vampires, but they also have special attributes and skills, depending on which clan you choose to play.
