I've been collecting cards and playing as a hobby (not in tournaments.. orz) since they came out in the US... along with watching the anime and playing the occasional video game. I bought soulSilver when it came out, but I still haven't played so much of it.. orz
Planning on getting either black or white once I beat silver.. xD;;
