Sasha popped right out of her seat when the bell rang, making her peers give her somewhat strange looks.
"Oh, I just am excited for the day to be almost done, and it looks as though art is my final class. Should be fun," she smiled at them.
The girls nodded and smiled back and when she realised they were going to be heading in a different direction than she was she waved good bye to them happily. Such nice girls... this era of children are very kind indeed. she thought warmly to herself.
She was so entranced at the warm welcome she was receiving that she almost didn't notice the dark and evil aura that passed by her. She noticed it, but by the time she felt it and looked up she couldn't tell who exactly it was coming from.

As he made his way into his final class, Draydon went to his table in art class and sat down. He was surprised to find the two new students in here as well, that was a coincidence. When the tiny girl he had noticed and tagged at lunch walked into the room he was especially pleased, and he let it show by grinning deviously.
He grinned even wider when she came down and sat next to him.
This is perfect, who would have thuoght that I would be blessed like this. he thought ironically.
The girl didn't even look up at him because of her obvious shyness, so he didn't say anything to her. Instead he simply placed his arms up onto the blacktop table, slightly brushing her arm with his as he did so.

The last class of the day was art. Cam sighed at that because he knew he couldn't draw with a damn or anything like that. He'd definitely try his best and take his time on anything he had to do though... He just wasn't looking forward to it.
"Bye, Marco. I have to go to art now. See you in first period tomorrow," he said and waved. Marco nodded his head and then started off for gym. Cam was silently wishing he had that class as well, but he shrugged it off as he headed to the class. He stuffed his hands in his pockets as he walked down the hallway, wishing it wasn't all the way down at the end of the longest hall in the school...
It seemed like the longest hall in the school to him since he wanted to just get this last class over with and finally go home from all of this. Really, it was just as long as the other hallways... He just wanted out of there.
Introducing himself to the teacher, he was surprised that he was almost late. Right when he walked through the door, the bell rang. He shrugged it off and then walked to the only seat available right next to the girl that had run into him earlier.

Sighing, Aza once more jumped when the bell rang. She was honestly going to have to get used to that. She folded her hands into her lap as he eyes traced over the designs she'd drawn on the front of her sketchbook. She was chewing on her lip as she did so, realizing it might not have been too much of a good idea to come to this school to look for more people to feed off of...
Feeling the person next to her touching her arm a little, her eyes slowly moved up to see that it was the boy that made her so nervous from the lunch room. Her face burned a rather dark color as she moved her arm away from him some and even moved over in her seat, away from him.
To say she was embarrassed would be a complete understatement...

When she saw the person who sat next to her was the boy she ran into this morning she blushed. He was the only one who saw her real, stuttering self. What if he told everyone and she lost those friends she had made? What if she lost out on good information?
Then she realised what she was saying and stopped herself. Of course he wouldn't tell, he seemed like a very nice boy, why would he do such a horrid thing? She scolded herself and gave him a smile.
"Hello, my name is Sasha, we are both new students here," she said as she held out her hand to him.

When he saw her blush it made him even more pleased that he had picked her. She would definitely play hard to get, and that made it so much more fun. In these high schools it would be more fun to make a relationship of some sort before going in for the kill.
When the teacher gave them their assignment he decided to start up the game.
"Hey, I think I forgot my pencil in my last class," he said, patting down his pockets. "Do you think you could lend me one or something?" he asked her in a kind, innocent voice.

Glancing back over at her, he nodded his head. "Hello, Sasha. I'm Cam," he said and shook her hand with a smile.
When there wasn't anything to be worried about, then he wasn't too shy or angry. He just really didn't like people sometimes and that was why he snapped at that girl in the last class... Not to mention the fact that they were just so annoying when they kept prying into his business, even when he didn't say anything back to them.
Wasn't it obvious that he didn't want to talk to them when he remained silent? Those thoughts were making his blood boil, so he wiped them from his mind and sighed. He then placed his hands on the table, glancing to the teacher so he could be prepared to fail miserably in this class like he knew he would. He was honestly worried about it because he held no talents in drawing or anything...
"So you're new too? That's strange... Two new students in one day," he said with a slight laugh.
Then the person on the other side of him shook their head and pointed to Aza who was at a different table. "She's new too, so that makes three."

Looking back down when they were no longer touching, Aza wasn't sure how she felt about this person next to her. She crossed her legs and smoothed down the front of her skirt lightly, not wanting to seem like she was too nervous right now... She knew it was so very obvious though and that made things even worse.
When he asked to borrow a pencil, she almost flinched at the sound of his voice. It was nice, but it was rather loud compared to her own soft one.
"Sure..." she whispered and reached forward, grabbing the pencil she had tucked in the rings of her sketchbook. She laid it in front of him and then turned her gaze back down.
It was obvious she didn't really talk a lot and that she wasn't a very social person. She was the complete opposite of a social butterfly until she needed to feed. Then there was something completely different about her...
Moving her bangs from her eyes again, she finally looked up and then around the room for the teacher, anxious for class to be over already.

"Nice to meet you Cam. Oh yes, that is strange actually..." she said, just now realising the fact. Maybe these new students were the reason she was down here. She glanced up into Cam's eyes, trying to feel out his energy. He sure didn't seem evil at all, in fact, he seemed very nice. But there was something strange about him, just not in a demon-like way. She pursed her lips and turned to the girl.
Again, something was odd, but she wasn't sure about if she was one to look out for.
Gaaaaah, why did they send me down here?! I have the absolute WORST ability to sense out demons unless they basically change their form right in front of me! she shrieked in her head, but still keeping a composed mask on her face. Finally she turned back to Cam.
"You seem nervous about something, if it's about the whole drawing thing then don't worry, you are not the only one without skill of the pencil," she told him with a wink and a smile.

Draydon enjoyed seeing her squirm like she was, so he continued his offense, careful not to be obnoxious about talking to her. The key was to act curious and friendly.
"So, I heard your name is Aza, pretty unusual name, but I like that," he told her with a crooked grin.
"My name is Draydon by the way, I hope we can get to know each other better,"

"Three new students is really strange since I assume we all came from totally different places... I actually came from England," he said and then leaned onto the table. He placed his head in his hand lightly and sighed, looking down at the table.
Things were really strange today and he was hoping that the hype of him being a new student would be gone tomorrow or soon after because he knew he didn't want to have too much attention. It was honestly too much already to have people he didn't know talking to him in every class...
Though, there was something weird about this girl and it wasn't just the fact that he had something in common with her. He just couldn't place his finger on it, but she seemed to feel different to him than the humans did. He just brushed it off though because he honestly didn't think he was right about that. His feelings had always been off and he knew that. He never could tell when someone was human and when they weren't human, unless it was made completely obvious to him... Which didn't happen too often.

Surprised when he knew her name, she looked back up at him as she shifted in her seat nervously. How did he know her name? She didn't tell anyone and no one had even talked to her today besides him and the woman behind the desk.
Biting her lip she hunched her shoulders as she placed her hands back down in her lap. She honestly didn't want to get to know anyone better, but she just nodded her head when he said that.
Obviously, she didn't really want to talk to anyone, so it was weird to have him say that... Especially since she was new and he looked like he was fairly popular... He was also fairly attractive, but Aza didn't pay too much attention to looks.

      "Yes, how strange," she mused.
This boy really interested her for some reason, and he was quite cute as well. No no no! What are you thinking Srashia?! You are not allowed to think like that, you should be beyond such earthly things! she thought as she fumbled around in her mind.
Suddenly she giggles out loud on accident. She blushed deep red and covered her smiling mouth with her hands. Why couldn't she hold her composure around this Cam?

This girl was extremely shy Draydon realised with a sigh inside his head. She was so in herself, more than he had seen in a girl before. It frustrated him a bit, but it also excited him as it would be a challenge.
He didn't really listen to what the teacher had told them to be doing, so he just doodled randomly on his sheet of paper, not really caring.
When the teacher looked over his shoulder and gave him a look of annoyance he mearly glared at her, his temper flaring up a bit.
He could see fear in her eyes as she walked away, but he didn't care if he recklessly sent his energy out, these weak humans wouldn't be able to sense it anyways.

"Also... I'm not really too nervous about drawing, it's just been a rather long day and I'm ready to go home," Cam said with a laugh. He then looked back down at the table and shrugged.
Raising an eyebrow he looked back at her when she giggled, rather confused at what her problem was right now. She was definitely a strange one, but he liked that because she was one of the few females not openly hitting on him or anything of the sort.
Honestly, he didn't enjoy having all of them talking to him at once. It was annoying and some of their voices just got under his skin. He didn't like the rather high pitched voices that some of them had... That thought made him shudder and then he finally looked away from her.
This girl was rather pretty and she had a pretty name as well. He liked how 'Sasha' sounded... Though, he was sure she was far too young for him and he didn't want to get into anything any humans... But he would still like to talk to her and have her a friend. There was nothing wrong with that.
Then he realized there was an assignment given and he cautiously started on it, worried he was going to bomb.

Listening to what the teacher said to do, Aza shrugged her shoulders and grabbed her other pencil. She looked down at the paper as she made the almost perfect lines lightly.
Drawing had been something she did for a long time, even before she became a vampire... She enjoyed it, so she was glad to end the day with such a nice class.
Though, she was sad to have it with such a strange person sitting beside her...
Feeling the teacher walk behind them, she glanced over her shoulder to see the woman looking at what Drayden was drawing. Aza looked back down at her own paper and then she froze.
Obviously, she'd felt what just happened and it rather scared her. She wasn't prepared to be going to a school when she wasn't the only thing inside of it that wasn't human. Her eyes were huge as she just stared down at her paper, her face turning even paler than it was before. This wasn't going as planned...

When he looked at her with a strange expression she blushed even redder. "S-sorry, I just, sometimes I get nervous?" she said, not meaning for it to sound like a question.
She felt like she needed to say something else, so she blurted out the first thing that popped into her head. "I like your hair! Ah, I mean, it's nice, it matches your eyes. You don't see many humans with eyes that color." She began freaking out in her mind when she heard that she had said humans but she hoped he wouldn't notice.
She couldn't blow her cover, but she probably wouldn't, he would just think that she was crazy after all.

When Draydon looked back over at Aza he realised that she seemed scared, as if she were trying to block her face from him. He was a bit confused, maybe she was a unique human and COULD sense his demon energy flaring up. Not a good thing, if she found out what he was then there would be no way that he could go through with his plans. Well, he could but it would be a lot messier, and not near as fun.
He cleared his throat, and attempted to talk to her again.
"Uh hey, sorry, don't think that I'm some violent angry guy, I've just had a rough time since I came to this school. It's hard to control your anger sometimes y'know?" he said, a bit worried that she wouldn't believe him.

Laughing when she said that she liked his hair, Cam shook his head and looked down at her.
"You just get really nervous a lot, huh?" he said and then sighed lightly, a smile still on his face. He honestly found that to be adorable, but when she said human... It did make him feel like he should tell her he's not a human.
Though, he would never do that. He wasn't going to willingly tell someone he wasn't a human... He wasn't an idiot...
"Thank you though. I dye it to match my eyes, actually." He then shrugged and looked back down at his paper.
"You shouldn't be too nervous though... There's really nothing to be nervous about. Though... I have to admit, you're rather adorable." He didn't find that to be too much of a strange compliment. He really did think she was... So, it worked.

Swallowing the dryness in her throat, she nodded her head slowly as she continued to stare down at her paper.
It was obvious that she wasn't going to get over it that easily... She didn't believe him one bit. She knew he wasn't a human, but what the hell was he?
All she did was feel this huge pulse of energy and she knew it came from him... It had to. There was no way it came from anyone else since there wasn't a person on the other side of her and it was so very close...
Biting her lip again she hunched over her paper and started to just concentrate on that. She was trembling a little, but it wasn't too obvious unless you looked at the lines on her paper.

When he called her adorable, she nearly passed out. She wasn't used to handling such words from a boy, especially such a cute boy.
She just nodded at him, the only movement she could fathom.
When the bell rang for school to be released she jumped up so quick that her foot got caught in her chair leg and she tripped.
Before she hit the ground she held her hand out, and released a tiny amount of energy meant to stop her fall but immediately stopped herself and allowed herself to hit the ground. She still did release a small amount of holy energy however... she hoped the creature that was roaming the halls of this school was not nearby, or she would definitely be found out.

SHIT!! Draydon screamed inside of his head. It was so obvious that she didn't believe him, and now he had ruined his golden opportunity because some stupid ass teacher had to piss him off.
He was becoming extremely angry now, his hands clenched into tight fists on the table.
What made this worse was when the bell rang, and he felt the tiniest sliver of power that could only come from an angel. It sent a shiver down his back, even though it didn't feel like anything he couldn't handle. Angels seriously pissed him off, they were such a pain and he had had his fair share of them out to get him. He didn't look around for where it came from, instead he quickly got out of his chair and dashed out of the room.

The rest of the class was a little awkward, but not too much so. He could tell she was just nervous... That was alright though he found that to be adorable as well.
Looking down at his paper he wasn't pleased with the random lines on it as he scrunched his face. Then he heard the bell ring and he stood up immediately.
Pushing the chair out with the motion, he looked just in time to see Sash fall. He was surprised by that, but he was even more surprised when she released some energy.
Jaw dropping, he realized she wasn't a human and she was honestly probably older than he was. That made him a little nervous since he knew it was holy energy... That meant only one thing.
This very adorable girl... Was an angel and he was a demon.
Those didn't mix at all. He put his hand up to his head and pinched the bridge of his nose. What had he gotten himself into this time?

Flinching when she felt the energy after the bell rang, Aza was frantically pulling her things together.
Eyes flashing to the pencil she'd let him borrow, she was glad he'd left it on the table. She surely wasn't going to ask for it back. She sighed as she watched him run out of the room.
That made her feel so much better. She sighed softly and closed her eyes for a moment, leaning back in her seat. She placed her hand on her stomach as she felt relaxed again.
Then she leaned forward again and put her utensils back in her notebook and stood. She pushed her chair under the table along with Draydon's then turned her attention to the door.
Walking out of it, she realized she'd felt some holy energy in there as well... That bothered her as well.
Sighing, she wasn't sure if this was a good idea or not... This whole school thing. She looked down as she walked, brushing off her dress lightly.

Sasha laughed nervously as she got up, rubbing her head. When she saw Cam's shocked expression she realised he must have felt her energy. He isn't human. she thought with a shock.
She grabbed his arm and pulled him out of the class and into an empty hallway.
"What are you?" she asked him in a rush of breath.
She was afraid that he might be the demon she was here to take care of, but she didn't want him to be at all. Maybe he was just not a human, and was some sort of sprite that didn't do anyone harm. He didn't have any negetive feeling about him at all.

Draydon continued to run through the halls, out the door, and to his temporary house, without stopping. Once he was there he let out his anger he was holding in and let his enery blast out of him. Because of his anger, his hair grew out and changed into it's true colors, and his eyes turned completely black. Before he completed his full transformation he caught himself and slowly pulled his energy back into himself.
"Can't allow some weak angel to make me this angry," he said quietly to himself.
Time to think of a new plan... he thought as he took off his jacket and t-shirt. He went to his couch and sat down, trying to think of a way to get rid of the angel without causing too much trouble and/or bringing down more angels to this city.

Cursing himself for reacting to her powers, he knew she could tell he wasn't a human... Because humans didn't react to power like that.. So, it was sadly obvious. He was worried now because he was a demon and she was an angel.
Breathing in deeply, he was surprised when she pulled him out of the room. His heart was pounding since he was rather worried... Then it made sense to him that he shouldn't be too worried... She wasn't a very powerful angel, so he shouldn't mind it.
Looking down at her, he sighed lightly and moved his white bangs from his face. He took a deep breath and looked down at her.
Placing his hand on her shoulder lightly and looked rather sad as he realized what he was about to say.
"Sasha... I'm a demon... But I'm not a bad one. I don't do anything. I'm just an ice demon. That's not bad at all..."

Making her way out of the school, Aza was actually stopped by some random girls that were dressed a little similar to her.
"Hey... Are you new? I love your choker where'd you get it?" one of them asked her.
She looked up at the girl and was a little nervous even now. "Uhm... I got it from my mother..." she said and put her hand up to her neck.
"That's sweet. My name is Liz, by the way. You should feel free to come and hang out with us if you want to," she said and nodded.
"Oh... My name is Aza, thank you. It's hard to be a new student at a large school," she said and then quickly moved away from her, sighing. She didn't want to get attached to anyone at all... So, not even these girls would be able to get her mind changed... Even though they seemed rather nice. Maybe she could friend them and feed off of them instead.
Shrugging her shoulders, she walked back to her home quickly. When her parents died, she was left the house so she actually had a home to herself.

Sasha shook her head when he said it. Even though he told her he wasn't a demon that harmed anyone she had been told that all demons were evil, and that they would lie and trick you into believing that they were not.
"No, they said that all demons are bad... and that was the reason I was sent here. To get rid of the threat that was sensed here," she told him, very saddened about what she learned.
"But, I really do not sense any sort of malevolence coming from you..." she said, shaking her head some more.
She really had no idea what to do from here, was Cam really the demon she was meant to get rid of? Or were there still others she didn't know about?
