| to be honest, i think you're just looking at it all wrong.
you dont see what the big deal is? thats because there isnt on. its simply a lot of a fuss over nothing. and i mean, there are some things each of us are never going to understand. i will never ever understand why women would ever want to have anal sex, but some people enjoy it.
as for furry sex, there is such a fetish as "pony play" which is an entire thing just dedicated to dressing ladies up in hooves and bridles (is that the word? the bit that goes in your mouth) and things like that. there are plenty of strange fetishes in the world, but furry really isnt that interesting.
if you think furry fetish is bizarre, i have just 2 words for you: Balloon Porn.

| Balloon porn xDDD
That reminds me of this episode of United States Of Tara where the daughter starts doing stuff for freaks online so they'll buy her stuff.
They make her do all kinds of things like they fap, (on webcam) like sit on a cake or pop balloons with her thighs.
If that's all it takes in real life to make rich perverts buy you stuff, I'm in!
... But on a serious note, I wonder what the heck happened to those kinds people (the cake-fapper and the balloon guy) to make them so screwed up.
Or like that woman I read about who has to lick her partner's eyeball or she can't cum... People sure are strange...

| Ecco, you made me imagine a sensation that just makes me wanna cry. DX
Hm... Some of the same people that can't stand furries love the concept of playboy bunnies. That's... odd.

| chu also makes an excellent point. XD
but really, wanting to have sex with someone whose dressed in a fursuit is no more odd than getting turned on cos a womans wearing a pair of stillettos.
as for the cause of finding such things arousing... who the hell knows. im sure some clever scientist or psychologist could tell you, but mostly i just think that as long as it doesnt hurt anyone it doesnt matter what people enjoy. whats dangerous is when someone is aroused by violence or something. (and im not talking BDSM, i mean like actually getting kicks from beating the hell out of someone)
THATS what people should be hating on, not some harmless kiddos in fursuits.

...WHAT HAS BEEN SEEN. FULL STOP.
It's pretty funny once it pops though. Guys, if we're not careful, this is gonna be a Fetish thread soon.
Not that I'd mind. I find fetishes fascinating. FOR INSTANCE!
Dendrophyllia: People aroused by trees and or plant life.

| I feel like such a bigot ._.
Being bisexual and all, I should know better than to judge people on lifestyle orientations. I do have some sweird turn-ons myself, but I understand the psychological (and possibly Freudian) roots of it.
Furry-ism, however... It's a lifestyle I just can't understand.
It seems so... Pointless and un-necessary, I just don't get why anyone would waste their time on it unless they have a low intelligence and have been raised to be really naive.
... Which is a really dumb thing of me to think, because 30 years ago, that's what people would say about gay people.
I feel like a homophobe of the future, except that I bang people of my own gender .__.

| I think it is the fact that there are so many who have a perversion that leans towards furry humanoid creatures. It's very odd behavior and not something that I think a Therapist would find healthy. I like art work that might feature furry people sometimes, and that's alright. It's an artistic taste at that point. Unfortunately, most people don't see the artistic side of it and only the people that dress up like animals and do the deed.
