"Books fly?" she looked at him as if it was the biggest nonsense she had ever heard.
"As if, I would believe that...." however just as she said that Melody noticed something flutter in the air near the place she 'appeared'.
"There! That's the book I was trying to get!" she quickly jumped to her feet. Of course, that would make sense why she didn't notice the book at the first place when she got out from under the pile. It was flying. Melody couldn't believe what she was thinking, nevertheless she ran up the stairs in attempt to catch the flying collection of pages.
"Damn it... Its too high for me to reach..."

Fenris tried to suppress a grin. What a silly girl she was. 'Come, book,' he commanded it. It shot out of the shelf and landed in his hand. He examined it, both physically and magically, but there was nothing out of the ordinary about it, except for the strange, ugly letters and the cover made of thick paper. 'Where did you get this?' he asked.

Melody glanced at him with a sigh. That guy really didn't make her feel neither very safe nor comfortable with the place she was in.
"It was in the library," she simply replied and crossed her arms on her chest.
"I was simply looking for a good book, when suddenly they all fell down on me and poof!!! The next thing I know I'm in this strange place with a weird guy," she stung.

Fenris rose his eyebrows, deciding to ignore the fact that this stranger had called him a 'weird guy'. She spoke very strangely, with a funny accent and was very impolite. And those clothes... Where had she come from? 'You came from a different library? 'So you're saying this book was encased in a teleporting spell? But I have found nothing, and spells like that are difficult to hide.'
At that moment he heard footsteps approaching. Light, quick footsteps. 'Dana,' he nodded to the young girl who had walked in, her hair black as a raven's falling down to her face, and her pale complexion stared at the stranger. 'Who is she?' she asked.
'That is what I'm trying to figure out.'

Melody quickly turned her eyes to the girl that had just entered the room. She was pretty, but very pale. She looked at the m both and suddenly felt as if she was being cornered.
"I'm not some sort of a spy! Don't look at me as if I am about to steal something," she backed a bit.
"I just want to get home..."

'Don't worry,' said the girl, with a small smile. 'You can stay here until we figure out where yo came from. Don't worry, the servant will have a room ready for you if you want to stay for a while. And if you end up discovering you have the magical ability, then the more the merrier here!'
'We'll need to discuss this with the principal,' said Fenris.

The girl loosened up a bit, but was still alert.
"Thank you for your kind offer," she replied, "Considering the circumstances, I'd like to take you up on that offer," Melody smiled a bit awkwardly. The new girl was so much different from the floating guy, who was scary... But pretty cute.
"Will the principal be still up?" she wondered.

'Oh, don't worry. I'm sure he'll be delighted to know that he's got a visitor. In fact, we're the only four people in the whole tower,' said Dana.

"If you say so..." she replied and went down the stairs towards Diana.
"What is this place anyway, if I may ask?" she wondered.

'It's a magic school, of course. Not many of us, but that's alright. You must have some magic in you if the defences of the tower haven't repelled you out yet. And I reccomend you don't go out at night.'

Melody tried to take in all the information she was given and try to make some sense out of it all. Magic powers? That must have been a mistake, she had none, or at least none she was aware of.

The girl looked around the place as they walked towards the principal. It seemed that the entire building was like a huge maze.
"I feel like I'm getting lost..." she mumbled.

Dana smiled. 'You'll get the hang of it.' She stopped suddenly in front of an old oak door. 'The school master is beyond this door. I've never been in there myself.' She gave the strange new girl a gentle push.

Melody stepped forward hesitantly and knocked on the door before attempting to open it. Surprisingly, the door was much lighter than it looked, the girl opened it without an effort. The room inside, however, was pretty dimly lit and it was hard to make out shapes and figures inside.
Melody's face frowned slightly as she tried to see into the shadows.
"Excuse me? Anyone here?"

A muffled voice came from a desk stacked high with books and scrolls ((these are important to remember later on in the future of this roleplay)). A man emerged from them. His tunic was grey, the colour of a master mage. His hair and even his eyes were grey too. He rose an eyebrow at the intruder.

She noticed movement near a pile of books and old writings and an old man rising from behind them. The way he looked, made Melody remember old story books about wizards, old and wise with a long beard and a pointy had. He was only missing a hat.

Melody approached him, not sure how to act she fidgeted her fingers behind her back.
"Um.. God evening," she spoke not knowing where to start. "My name is Melody..." how would she tell him something that was so complicated? 'Hello I'm not supposed to be here. Can you send me home?' was what she thought.
