| Rather than paying on people who posts on x page, why not make a random person on a page after it's been filled? =o That'd get people to post.

Yeah, I've thought of that. I'm afraid that people might think I'm playing favorites, though.

| Hmm... Well, you could try getting one of the moderators to pick a random number, instead, if you feel their words would be better received.
But yeah, I see what you mean... x.x;

| I'm a lurer most places~ That really won't be profitable here though, so if I want to make some monies I'm going to have to post more! /determined
I tend to think, "Ah, but no one really needs to hear my opinion, I'm not saying anything really important..." though. So I guess I'll have to get out of that mindset.
Maybe someday... I, too, will be able to call myself an "avid poster"... :D

| But we value your opinion. ^^
Certainly moreso than I value my own, at any rate. =P I know what you mean, though. Hopefully, you'll get more comfortable posting as you post more.
I mean, I don't usually post that often in any sorts of forums, but it's obvious that this community is an exception. xP

| Thanks for the reassurance~ It goes both ways. :9
Yup~ Midorea is definitely the exception. Unless I want to become a hermit who does nothing but play battle. XD
You've racked up quite a post count, though, so you must be doing something right when it comes to posting~ :D

| Well, being a hermit is fun and all... but not as fun as actively posting and chatting around. xP
Regarding posts... I dunno. I sometimes just make one- or two sentence-long posts. I usually just treat this place like a chatroom or something, unless it's I'm talking about an aspect that requires much more detail, such as something in the serious chat thread or the roleplaying section.
And sometimes, I just make partial paragraphs, like right now. =P
How are you enjoying the battle system, anyways? ^^

| It depends~ On Gaia, I barely post in the forums at all. I just vend items and spend most of my time trawling the marketplace looking for good deals. Whenever I get a really cheaply priced item and know I can make a good profit on it, it's kind of a buzz. XD /lame So I have fun, but I don't really interact with anyone.
Yeah~ I don't tend to pay much attention to the length of my posts. I think as long as you've said what you meant to say, and it's something that someone else could respond to, it's fine no matter what length it is. But I think my thoughts are pretty long-winded, so I'm more prone to typing out paragraphs than a couple of sentences. Even in my own mind, I'm not concise at all~ XD;;
I'm enjoying it a lot more than I thought I was going to. :D At first, I was pretty confused by the whole making a character part, the different races and elements and stuff, but I pressed on and just selected whatever I felt like, really. My first battle, I panicked and fled because the monster (I think it was a Rattlesnake) had more hitpoints than me. XD But today I tried again, bought a newbie weapon, and I've been able to defeat a few things and make enough silver for these spiffy armwarmers~ /does a twirl
I like how it seems like it'll take quite a while for me to level up. That'd annoy me in a console RPG, but seems about right for here somehow.
Do you battle much?

I tend to lurk sometimes,if I don't want to interrupt something.
I lurk a lot on Roli to see whats going on in the threads,and then I might just talk & stuff.
Sometimes in threads on Mido I lurk because they might be in an deep discussion,and a "Hey Guys :)" might ruin it.>w<
Sometimes I can be extremley shy,or the most hyperactive thing refreshing every 10 seconds on the post page to be next.o 3o
When Mido was still up for testing,I forgot about Roli sorta and was on Mido like ALL the time.But when it opened I kinda went back to Roli,since I got shy.I'm not the most hyper person when I don't know most the people,because i'll get really shy and leave if they might not like me cause they're more 'popular' or something.>w<
Lurking is a habit for me,just like biting my nails in RL,so please don't kill me D:

| I usually don't lurk, but I've had instances where I see a conversation going and I think to myself, "There's no way I could just jump in here and say something out of the blue." So even if I HAVE something to say, I sometimes don't have the guts to say it. It just so happens, if the majority of the boards are like that - I become a temporary lurker. </3
Which is actually why I don't post so much in the community chat. HOW SAD. D:: But, personally, I LOVE seeing lurkers post because I usually remember them and it's like seeing a celebrity who never goes outside~
EDIT: Plus since I change my avatar MULTIPLE TIMES a day, I make it difficult for people to actually, you know, recognize/remember me. xD

| I think im worse than a lurker, i come on about once a month and then post about 20 posts that people reply too, and i never come back to read them because im too busy, so people must get annoyed that i never reply..
you can critizies me for this, but i wont be on to read it so it might be a waste of typing effort tbh .gif)
