| Oh my gosh! I love all these stories too! I was laughing and going 'aww'.
Ok so here's some from me.
1) One Christmas my cat Snowflake, Lucky (my little brother's cat who likes me better), and Cotton (Lucky's mother. No, Snowflake is not her baby's dady) are in the fireplace room where the Christmas tree is. We put a gift wrapped catnip toy gift set down on the floro between them. All three of them get interested and start to investigate... And that's when chaos insues. They each notice that the other two are interested in THEIR catnip and pin their ears back, making a fuss about it. Eventually, Snowflake settles it by laying ON the gift set.
2) When I first saw Snowflake at the pet store, he was in a cage with two other kittens... both of whom were sleeping. The first kitten was white, sleeping on the left hand side of the cage. And the second kitten, whom was grey, was sleeping on the right hand side of the cage. Snowflake, being a fluffy orange kitten, was trying to wake the other two for play with a never ending series of bouncing pounces with his front paws. *pounce white kitten, turn on back legs, pounce grey kitten, turn on back legs, pounce white kitten, (rinse and repeat)* I knew, instantly, that Snowflake was the kitten for me. "I want that one!"

| I read everyone's stories, and I adored them. We can all relate so much with our own cats (and other animals). The one that made me laugh the most was the post about their fat hamster. I mean, there wasn't a story or anything, but it's just really funny to imagine a fat hamster who plays dead and lies in the cage. That's just beyond fat and lazy, and that's hilarious!
Anyway, on to talk about my cat. My cat happens to be lying on my coat, right next to me. He's glancing up at me every so often because he hears me typing up a freaking story on the keyboard. First of all, I would like to say that I changed my cat's food die and the amount of food he gets in a day. My cat is very picky with his food, and the only way he'll eat is if his bowl is at least halfway full. If it's less than halfway full, he'd rather starve himself then go near it. It's such an annoying habit of his! But anyway, I changed my cat's diet because he is huge. And when I say huge, he's HUGE. He's already a pretty tall cat, but he's also really long and his stomach kind of protrudes on the sides. Everyone that sees him usually mention something about his size, and tell me that he resembles a miniature tiger. It's definitely true though, but I love him anyway.

| We live on a small farm and own a couple chickens and horses. We also have two barn cats that actually spend more time inside the house than the barn. xD My barn cats aren't actually fat, but they do have many antics and do adorably silly things, as cats tend to do. One likes to try and climb up a nearby telephone pole, and once caught a bat that flew in our house in midair.
But anyway, recently Mary the female cat got pregnant and we weren't sure how, because Mephis, the male, is neutered. But she's had her kittens now, three of them, and they're just the cutest (and most violent) little balls of fluff EVER.

| My cat is fat, but he's only allowed to eat his cat food. He's on a special diet because years ago he had a UTI and ever since then he's had to have special food from the vet. He is allowed a few cat treats, like maybe three a day. I guess he just overeats.

| Haha.
I've recently realized that my cat doesn't sway his butt when he walks like other cats - his stomach sways! XD Honestly though he's not fat, he's just a huge cat. If he were any skinnier I'd be worried for him.
I call him an Irish kitty.

| My cat died a year ago and he was huge. He died at the ripe old age of 19. He had FIV and feline leukemia. He never let any of this get him down, we think he was just a carrier because of his behavior considering he was probably born with it. In his prime he weighed about 32lbs. My great grandmother used to say the he wasn't a cat at all that he was a tiger or something. We did name him Tigerbaby for a reason even though he wasn't orange and black. I'm about 5'6" and my cat he streched out was nearly half my length starting at my feet not including his tail. His belly touched the ground and swayed side to side so my dad like to make fun of him calling him the living dust mop. I miss him. My family got him from a shelter when he was 3months old. I'm 22 now. He was my best friend.
I wrote a poem for him and then posted it on DA. Here it is.
Tribute to a Kindred Soul
In the eyes that are living crystals,
Each with a spark that could burn one's soul into ash,
There are years beyond years.
Our lives are fleeting past in a bright flash of light,
And yet,
You are leaving with the satisfaction
That enough have seen the wonder that is your light
And marked its brightness.
At every end, there is a beginning.
This much is true, but
All must see and accept that
Every beginning must come to an end.
Weeping and mourning only relieves the physical body,
But coming into the reality of the loss at hand
Will heal the soul in time.
Your memory never forgotten.
Your life,
A strand of thread in an elaborate tapestry,
Never able to see the greater purpose until
Your purpose is fulfilled.
Guide us with your lessons,
And watch from afar.
Let the shining crystals of life
Sparkle in my soul
Forever.
