| Hm I might have to check out Fallout 3 and Mirror's Edge then... they sound interesting indeed, I'll probably rent them first though, just in case. Do I need to have played the other Fallouts though before going to 3? Also for both games do you play it where you can see all of the character or just the gun/weapon. Cause I hate when I can only see the gun/weapon, it's a little too real then, especially in the first part of Oblicion (when I first started playing and didn't know how to switch the views) and the zombie came out, man it freaked me out lol and I was playing in the dark >.>
And you sure can, when I first started playing Oblivion I made my own class, it was a mix between a warrior and a mage, but more emphasis on the warrior part than the 'battlemage' class had. I also avoided the main plot like the plague lol so don't feel bad, I looked up the Oblivion wiki, found the interesting quests and took those out first, also I got myself the Unicorn mount as quickly as I could cause to me it's all about hte exploration and the mounts, I really wish they'd put more animation on them, like jumping and such. So I'm not a hardcore gamer, I've been playing it for years now and still finding new stuff heh. Though I'd start a new character a lot of times to try out new things *nod* How about you?
And as for the other members I really don't have a clue, it would appear that way though, either that or it's a slow time *shrug*

| I've heard of that guy and his work is sick and repulsive. He's a horrible example of a human, it's just awful. D:
Your so right! None of the new starfoxes are even close to the n64 one! It's so sad. D:
Well Diablo II's storyline follows on from diablo I, and then the expansion follows from there. I can't wait for diablo III and starcraft II, fucking blizzard has been teasing us with them for almost ten fucking years! D:
*stabs blizzard*
Stop makeing fracking WoW sequals and gimme SC2 allready!
Awful games. Most of which most money = victory. That's one of the things i like about magic, it's so techy that even with a small budget you can kick arse. It doesn't descriminate by the size of your wallet and is complex enough to keep me interested. :3
Eh, i like linear storylines generally. Freedom of gameplay is overrated imo. xD;;
I want a carefully crafted story from a professional, not to make my own adventure. If i wanted that i'd go outside! xD
An issue with DnD is that you have to have a good dm and the right kind of group. The people you play with is 90% of the fun of playing dnd. If your in a group that doesn't fit then you're fucked. So it takes a reasonable amount of experimentation with a group of people.
I know that dnd is the nerd sterotype but i can be honest and say in all the years i've been playing i've never played in a basement. xD;; Kitchen tables, loungeroom floors, cafes, but never a basement.
It's really fun, nothing like the media makes it out to be and is really great. To quote my mother. When she found out my sister was playing dnd she almost had a heart attack, because of all the stuff she'd heard on the media. Then she was invited to a session, played a night (about 6 hours) and found it was nothing like she'd heard and really really fun. Now she's an advocate against the stupid shits that blame things on it even though she's never really played again. It's just one of those things you have to do once. :3

| LOL I had to actually bring up my word processor to get all this down X3
Venri: Yes, most defidently rent! I need to adapt that policy since Xbox games are so very expensive...
And no , I haven’t played the old fallouts. Much to all my friends dismay ^^;; I was scolded repeatedly for this ~ But From the screens I’ve seen I recognized a few characters and the familiar menus. But I would love to play them some day =)
As for Character/ gun thing, in fallout you can switch from character to first person in the same manner as in oblivion. But mirrors edge is all first person, I’ve only heard of switching to character in the PC version and only because someone.. err I guess you would say “Modded” it.
I liked exploring allot in oblivion =) And in fallout , although Oblivion was much more exciting since the scenery was so beautiful and the weather could change. I also liked riding a horse , although I find it silly that my white mare refuses to jump @3@
Anyway xD
I have a Imperial female, who is a scout ~!
She prefers using one handed swords and is currently residing in a shack by the waterfront and was bullied by the pirates until the imperial guards killed them @3@~ But I shouldn’t start my characters life story ;P Lets just say for now I’m saving up for a nicer house and all the spells I want. I also wanna find every location on the map, even if I don’t explore them~
For her training I do a poor method, but a fun method. She’s a traveling alchemist, I just gather things as I go and between all the rock climbing and combat I encounter while gathering things, I level well and have potions to sell for gold~
Its fun 8D She will go out on multiple day trips collecting ingredients~
But yeah ^^;;;
I failed leveling her, for some reason armor or no she struggles with staying alive for very long :/
Heyy: see that's where he loses me, not only does he cut one cow in half (and granted grown cows die) but he places a calf next to the big cow which automatically makes the viewer think “Mom and baby” which makes me even MORE disturbed and sad. Some people like it though -.-
Blizzard is too wrapped up with war craft -x-;;
So are all the males in this universe. Half the boys I find on avatar sites (and a fraction of girls) have been on Hiatus because of WoW . I offered to try it once but some little voice in my head screamed NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! so I didn’t XD
I have one guy friend in a different state who wants to play with me so if we ever end up meeting I would hope we could get a group together. Must guys in comic and card shops around where I live know how to play D& D so I don’t think they would mind showing us~
Its my parents I worry about XD I think my dad would love it, but when my mom saw me showing interest and she gave me some murder mystery novel about a women who gets caught up in a cultish D&D-esk game group or something -can’t remember- it was some old book from the 60’s or something. I believe it was an effort to scare me >.<
Didn’t work ;/
It really sounds appealing , just curling up and playing it with friends~ getting some snacks ect. I never just sit down and play board games anymore ....
I think it would be a great way to bond with my little sister XD Because the only time we really ever got along was using teamwork to beat Phantasy star online (off-line) XD
