| Hey, it's a lot easier than you think. Cause during the Halloween event those event item drops were set at 1 in 7000/8000. :3
If it's set at 1 in 1000 or lower that would be too easy. XP

| hiroku wants to know if charm was ever a factor in getting the items. . . cause I was able to get the last event items. . . and I have not been able to get this event item even with doing a lot of battling.
The only difference I have noticed is that the charm is gone. I understand why it is and am fine with that. . . however if Charm effects getting dropped items then maybe thats why no one ( as far as I have seen ) other then the Admin have this item.

| Charm does not effect monster drops. It is all chance, nothing effects how much something will drop.
