Disneyland Resort is in California.
Walt Disney World Resort is in Florida.
and to address the other question, in Tokyo is...
Tokyo Disneyland! (Which is not owned by Disney!)
Next on the agenda: Oxnard, CA is inDEED in Southern California. However, it's about 2 hours North of Disneyland.

| I don't live there but I have been, I am a good six to eight hour drive from LA in particular. Which sucks I would love to see LA I have never see it, I have only been there for Disneyland. My best friend has seen the walk of fame and I wish I could see it.
