A new guy just moved here. Mmm... he's a hunka' man. Really tall, buff, and sexay stubble on his face. I has crush on man (yes, it's that kind of Caveman lust we all fear). XD

Anywho, I've been deathly afraid to talk to him. Cuz' you know how you have a crush and every time you go near that person, all that comes out of your mouth is squeaking (followed by sprints in the opposite direction)? Yeah, I have that. ; A;

Anywho, tonight I got some random text that just said, "Sup?" I usually don't respond to random texts from unknown numbers, but I did this time. We'd been talking for a while and he said he knew me from school. And he was texting me for a reason.

He wanted to talk. At school. About his crush on me.

I was like, "Orly? Kay, I'll see you in the cafeteria in the morning? :D"

And he said, "Can't wait!", and I got no more replies. I texted my gal-pal Chelsea and asked her if she knew the number. She responded with this:

Yeah, it's that new guy. Ya' know, the one who just moved here from Louisiana?

This is where you insert my heart attack, stroke, and seizures. Like, fur realz, I swear my heart skipped a beat.

I'm deathly afraid of meeting him now.

So, yeah... I'm already planning out my attire for Monday. And what I'll say. And how I'll react to the seizure I know I'll have when I see him. ; A;

I'm 20 and still not dating simply because I'm not ready (that and random scary men and guys ask me out ;_ . Just make sure you feel comfortable with him and stay in a public place (crowded places usually lighten the mood for me XD).

Um... hm. I'm not like that with people I'm interested in. I do know that I can be extremely coy with people; I like to entice information out of them before deciding on where I want to take the relationship. Then again, it could take someone ages to figure out my feelings about them because of that coyness. (Trust me, ask Raz himself. He'll tell you all about our past.)

I suggest that you don't take it too seriously. If you flip out about it, you're going to make yourself nervous and that's just never fun. Try to treat it as merely talking to some other person.

And it's fine to be excited about it, but try to hide it a little. xP If you wear your emotions on your sleeve it makes it way too easy for him!

I know how you feel. But for me I always had crushes on the jerks. I would crush on them and then i would giggle and act ridiculous around them and they would do what jerks do lead me on and then let me DOWN like ass holes. Anyways....over time though I found my current one and only boyfriend and it was worth the wait for someone so special. I really hope this guy is everything you want him to be.

I would just try to relax the best that you can. And know that he is honestly just a normal guy the same as you. Nervous and a little scared. You will be fine.

I'm the exact same way. Only, I always fall for the assholes/players at my school. Always. So of course, I never know if they actually like me, or just wanna hook up for a night. I think there was only one guy that I liked, that I ever talked to. And when I did, I would always start shaking really bad, and start stuttering. Dx
Then I'd resort to just not talking at all, to sound like less of a tard. Then of course, he, or one of his friends would be like, "Why aren't you talking?"

So yeah, I know how you must have felt. But lucky you to have someone that feels the same way!
But don't ever ask me for relationship advice, because I have no experience whatsoever. Dx

I went on a blind date sort of thing. It was just for fun, and wasn't anything serious. But for some reason I was so nervous and dreaded meeting. I mean, what do you say to him? "Um, hi. There's a possibility that we will be humping each other in the future if this dinner goes well. So what music do you like? Nice weather." O_O;
