Where do these Paladins come from?

I'd like to make a Paladin, because they look so cool, but I'd like to know how I make one. I can't find them on the page where you select your class, so...

I just know that if all your stats are above 15 you can get it. . . I dont know the exact requirements. . . but thats what worked for me and I have an awesome character now.

Um..stat requirements are that everything have to be higher than 15 but strength and constitution which just need a 10. :3

You can remake your character and re roll your stats to the requirements. Then you could have a paladin.
