Weak Monsters?

I went to battle today and found a really weak monster. (I believe a scarecrow with 4hp.) I thought it odd but battled again, but got another weak monster. I battled again and got another. And another. And another.

After five monsters with less than 5hp in a row, I decided to make a thread. .__. Is there any reason as to why this is happening?

First monster I saw that had low hp before now has it back to normal

Bee was 3 health points or so and is now 38
