I should probably warn you I was in high school. I still haven't gotten my GED to go to college yet xD

But yeah, I did that. I did well on the test despite being sleepy, because I wasn't in pain from hacking and coughing.

I take a lot of tylenol because advil and me don't work. I used to be on a tylenol/oxy mix when I was younger for my migraines, but now I'm on barbituate/tylenol mix instead (percocet vs. fioricet). My family is a lot better with morphine and other such things than most people. Heck, my dad's doctor says he's on enough oxy to knock out a cancer patient or poison a normal person, and yet he is able to function more with it than without it. I'm a bit more susceptible then him though. When I'm in severe pain, I still, er, 'borrow' one of his old morphines by cutting it either into halves or into quarters. Usually the later. Mind you he was on fifteens. So that's like...somewhere near 3.25 and 7.5mg.

By the way, if you think that's weird, I've got a great story about my uncle and anesthetics/anesthesia.

juneberry, they'll become a problem in the future, even if you have plenty of room for them to grow. they get infected cos it's hard to brush back there and floss. all of them will get cavities and start to decay, and not to mention all the pain youll feel before youre 30. they could even cause heart disease. i urge you to reconsider at the first sigh of cavities.
i took care of mine very well and still got cavities on all of them. sometimes they gave me bad sore throats, i know they did cos my gums around them would get sore first before my throat every time. it took a long time for those sore throats to get better. i looked forward to having a fever when that happened.

i was awake the whole 3 hours in the shower. it was very relaxing

i saw a few of your posts! i believe one was a hand held item and i remember the bacon one clearly for the game! lol i thought it was cute. im working on a shirt and a hair and have a few other things in mind. i really suck at pixeling hair.

*poofy face touch* Yus, in time we will be back to our normal selves! I think it'll take longer for me, though. >.< Treatment is at least until Thanksgiving, and then there's months of recovery to deal with...Fun times. But with what I've got, there's literally two options:
1: Steroids/Chemo (And then if that doesn't work, a bone marrow transplant)
2: Sit and wait to die
Option 2 isn't really an option, so...I've just got to suck it up and deal with the side effects until I'm better.

Fickle: I mostly fear oral surgery because I have a bad memory from getting my gum cut when I was 13. And by that I mean I literally had to go to a surgeon to get my gums cut down because they were pulled down by my front teeth somehow, and it was painful to do anything that involved my teeth. Like brushing, eating...talking...x-x Anyway, when I got my surgery, the anesthetic wore off while they were cutting my gum with the scissor. Scissor on gums hurts a lot, apparently. But yeah. I don't trust oral surgery in my area now. Especially now that my insurance sucks.

Kacey: lol yes, story time! So...I don't know if you've heard of Mayo Clinic? Well, either way, I'm gonna be super in depth by pointing out it happened with them. They've done all sorts of tests on my uncle, and at one point they had to give him anesthetics. He gave him 3 times the LETHAL DOSE of novacaine, and it had literally no affect on him. Three times the dose that should kill someone. And general anesthesia? Forget it, he'll be wide awake. He has to be tied/strapped down to a chair to get a root canal and grit and bear or scream from the pain the entire time. He's allergic to insulin and metformin (a blood sugar medication) does the opposite of what it should for him. After all this, Mayo Clinic told him point blank he's clearly not from this planet.

...FYI, they're right. We're ETs. We've tried telling the government on census papers, but they never believe us >:c

idk if i would call this an option, i have never been diagnosed with a life threatening illness to know that it works. i have a book written by an actress who found out she had stage 4 cancer in her liver. she had 20+ small tumors scattered across it. in the book she shares what she did to keep it under her thumb. if my own life were threatened, i would do anything to survive

Yeah, pretty much any holiday is exciting. I especially like Halloween though because of fall, candy, and costumes! I've got a creepy old hag costume for this year and I'm planning to creep on a lot of people.

I really like your avatar though. Blue and green are my favorite colors, specifically together, and plus all the clutter just brings it together and makes it look amazing. Love it!

I love costumes! I haven't gone trick or treating for about a year or so (I was told off by my therapist when I went after turning 18 or so xD). As long as the weather permits, I look forward to giving out candy. Not sure what to dress as, but I'll probably wear a wig I still have and put random stuff on my face or something.

Also, Halloween party at the part-day program I go to. Epicness will ensue.

Same here! Aww, that's a shame, I want to go trick or treating for as long as possible. Then again, I am always doing something different each year. I probably won't do it this year because I'm going to some party with one of my friends. If it turns out to just be a drunken teen party I may end up strolling down the street to grab some candy. xD

Giving out candy is really nice too. I've enjoyed every year I've ever had to hand out candy. All the adorable kids in their costumes is just the cutest thing ever. <3

Thinking? Sorry, I don't know the meaning of the word. I haven't put a single thought into my costume yet. Meanwhile, I've done plenty of thinking for NaNoWriMo in november. Oh, and I made a randomly cute paper pumpkin thingy. It was weird and too much tape, but it was fun to play with. Super-pumpkin! Now...off to bed before my rambling becomes incoherent gibberohaowerish.

Haha thinking is for amateurs. Technically I came up with my costume by throwing on a bunch of black clothes, nets, clip on hat, and veil to surprise someone who was coming over on short notice. Then I decided it would be the perfect outfit for Halloween since I'm too lazy to look for anything better. Nice! I've never participated in NaNoWriMo. I bet it's tons of fun though. Aww, sounds cute. I love making weird and cute things. Alright well good night! Sleep tight and sweet dreams.
