| I fixed it!
No more nasty threats! 
Sorry about that, battle system is a mod from years past(circa 2004 or 2008)
Anyways, cleaned it up. No more admin notifications. Just lets you know that you can't fight yourself, and ends the battle.
And then everyone lived happily ever after! [:
