Hey Mido~
It's been awhile.

So I was derping on the internet the other day and came across some old Midorea art and I thought "Gee, that was such a nice place. I should see what's up."

But that was on Mon and I've been waffling on whether or not to post in the forums cause I'm socially inverted even when there's a wall of cyberspace between me and everyone else.

So anyone else socially inverted/ to shy to post?

Also it is 4 in the morning and no one will answer this till tomorrow probably. Haha.
Also I should probably finish that paper if I'm going to be a dumdum and pull an all-nighter for no reason.

I'm extremely shy when it comes to posting on the internet. buuut, I've been trying to break myself of it, however it's not helping that there's never anyone on to talk to.

*pokes* Has it really been that long? It doesn't seem like it, guess I just have a horrible sense of time.

Let's see... Still living with grandparents. Still going to college. A now ex-boyfriend got me playing WoW for about a year and a half. Finally quit 2 weeks ago because no one I knew was ever on and really I was just using it to kill time when I could be doing things I really wanted to instead. (I may have replaced it with Tumblr though. >_>; ) I am rather proud of my paladin main though. I got her the Loremaster title.

I'm friendly, I promise.

I think it's easier to be shy on the internet. You miss a lot of subtle body language when you can't see someone. So meeting someone new becomes twice as intimidating. It's simpler to just not put yourself out there in the first place.

A good friend of mine, who's about as social as you can get, loathes texting or e-mailing cause she's never sure how to take what people are telling her. (She's not good at reading sarcasm haha.)

I know what you mean about being shy posting on the internet - I am often, when I don't know/trust/like the people I'm posting to...
Most of the time I'm alright here though. I still avoid posting when people are talking about something I have nothing, or nothing good to say anything about though... Unless I really need to rant -3-

(Though being gone 2 years, no telling what I've missed. XD )

I have a bad habit of reading through an entire thread and usually I find all the points I want to make have already been made so I move on to the next thread... rinse and repeat. D:

Same here, I don't like being the person that just repeats what's already been said in a discussion... When it's just random nonsense though it doesn't matter as much, 'cos yeah, people on here are actually decent human beings, something I don't see much on other forums...

And thanks lol <3 Kupsy is how I used to say Kirby as a kid, and it just kinda stuck... Still a Kirby fan now, he's just such a damn happy pink puffball xD Manages to make me stop being grumpy for a while..

I am the least shy when it comes to posting on the internet unless of course I don't find a topic or a homey place to post that is. Or if I feel unwelcomed, that's not the case with Mido of course.

However I am a pretty shy person when it comes to the real world. I tend to keep to myself but once you get to know me in real life I'm much like I am online, which may or may not be a good thing. xDDDD *shot*

I'm pretty okay with posting on sites like this, as long as I'm still a newbie. I feel safer interacting with people when they don't know me too well yet. After I've been around for a few months, though, I start to feel shier about talking to people I don't know...

Especially in big threads. I feel weird bursting into people's hangouts when they don't know me

Well as they say never pay attention to most threads that have like a bajillion pages, because a lot of the time it's just a few people with casual talk. *nod*
