| My high school had this recycling event every year where the visual art majors used recyclables or trash to make clothes [aka. Trashion C:]
We were also allowed to make sculptures out of trash as well. I teamed up with a friend and we made a city of trash inside one of those old computer monitors. We also made tiny robot people >w< I don't have any pics though sorry :P

| I wish schools or anything had such programs. If you think American school are part-time prison, try a school where nothing fun ever happens, devoid of creativity and fun activities.

| oh sheeet.
Everyone needs to have been in my high school class [even though i get depressed thinking about how much more i should've done there].
It's still a high school, so normal teenage drama ensues. But it's really creative. Compared to the school I went to before, it's like... and AT LAST I SEE THE LIIIIGHT.
AND IT'S LIKE
THE FOG HAS LIFTED [yus ! Tangled/Rapunzel <33]
Singing and dancing in the hallways at lunch <333 acting in little corners. Reading poems aloud. Students visiting the art room and gallery. I miss it ;A;
It's not just an option that schools can decide on, I think it's a necessity that more emphasis should be placed on creativity. Even the best CEO's need to have an imagination or understanding of the bigger picture :C
And I'm sure I know students would be happier.

| Most people in my college used the music/art classes as an excuse to slack off..
I think most people just don't really take creativity seriously, so it'd probably be lost on a lot of people. :/

| Reika- If you have space channel or something...if not then you should probably just go online to watch. 8UU
Still, there's nothing better than watching it as it airs on the TV. xD
Lavendar- Yer, thanks! Usually I don't like to use wings on my avatars but I like these ones.
Maeve- Recycling....that's interesting?

| I like the idea... Though I don't like a lot of "modern art"... ie: lol I threw a pillow on the floor, it's totally art.
I'm planning on making a canvas art using all the Pepsi can tabs I've saved over the years xD

| Google is good. lol. I saw my brother use old magazines and folded them length-wise into strips, and then roll them into these giant circles. I dunno I thought those were cool. xD

| Did some research on that picture. It was done by the Kaspen group in Czechoslovakia, however I'm not entirely sure if the picture is entirely real as they do a lot of tech and promotional stuff. They have worked for some really big names, including Budweiser and Hyundai. Their(Czech's) Budweiser must be a bit stronger than ours. XD

| Thanks for the info Neom ^^
Oh well, it's still nice. I was a bit puzzled by it at first, since most of the other book art I've seen really look like they've been taken from the book itself (like, cut from a page, folded, etc.), and this one looks too massive for that.
But yeah, anyway, I'll try to find more inspiration this weekend. Now I need to concentrate on... *looks at schedule* ugh, abstract painting...
