As for your items... the Heimweh Svarde and the Fuu Kusarigama, I believe I've seen them being sold in the market somewhere. I'll have a look perhaps tomorrow and see if I can find them. By an active member and thread, of course.
Because a lot of those threads in there are by inactive members, I know. x.x

And all the Wind Dragon items are from the Wind Dragon potion or elixir or whatever it is for that one, which apparently, is hard to get. So you'll have to just keep your eyes open in the market for that.
All the Dragon potions/elixirs/etc. ... are rarely sold.
Those are the ones that contain the Dragon bases that are so loved.
All of the Chiroptera Stigma items you need come from the Chiroptera Stigma, which I've also seen being sold in the market forum somewhere.
I'll look for that as well and let you know where I find it.
And you get all those items with the purchase of just one Chiroptera Stigma. ^^

And about the wind dragon potion, sometimes items like that are given away during events. Our next event should be spring, so it's highly likely that there might be one given out sometime. ^^; The same goes for the small fallen deity wings, which are pretty difficult to find as well.

I have a few questions, to anyone who has the answers?

1. Are you not able to buy this Dragon Elixer in the shops?

2. The pants I would like are called Vaspafoich Panoplia, so says MAD.
I will stave off buying the striped pants, if I could get the Vaspafoich.
It seems to make more sense to save the silver for what I really want.
But in the meantime I am pantsless. Is this a bad courtesy on this site?
Should I just grab the striped pants until I can get the belted ones? Or?

3. Thanks to Soleil's generous fund spam, I have enough to afford the Lolita Pigtails Gray that are in the Salon shop. However, is this the right item I want to be buying? Does it have a second pose where it is just the extra curly hair in the back? The MAD site defines the 'Hair Back' as lolita...

4. I would like to be able to wear the 'Witch's Robe', but is it a girl only item? If I buy it, will I still be able to use it? Is there a male version? Males can be witches, too! >ww>;;;

1. Nope, Dragon Elixers were event items in the '09 spring event. The only way to get them is in the Market Place if someone is selling them. Or, of course, to win them somehow.

2. Being pantsless isn't bad courtesy at all, here. ^^ Unless something has changed since I was really active. If you want pants, go for it, but no one here will leer at your naked legs and spread nasty rumors about you if you don't. xD

3. Yes, that is the hair you want. The curly pigtails are part of the Lolita Hair.

4. If you buy the witches robe item you /will/ still be able to use it, unfortunately it will make you appear female because there is no male pose for it. I believe those items were made so that the witches clothes would be female and sorcerer's clothes would be male, but don't hold me to that because I joined after they were made. ><

And to add to those answers, the Panoplia is a past ARI (Ancient Relic Item, the donation/monthly items on here) so the only way to get it is also in the Market, or by winning it I suppose.
So it may be a while, unfortunately, til you're able to nab one.
You should go ahead and get some pants if you so wish it. ^^

Also, you don't necessarily have to be good at anything to win things during events!
There are raffles, and I've only been here a month and won something in a raffle in the last event! 8D
Also, ecco was giving away page prizes. Some awesome ones as the pages got higher, and I was also able to gain a few items/silver/gold from those!
So don't fret if you're not able to get everything you want right away!
Just keep your eyes open for events and raffles/contests/page prize threads and such. 8D
