Description: Standing at 5 feet and 11 inches tall, Hogan has the tanned skin of an outdoors man and unruly dull blond hair. His hair is normally kept out of his face by a pair of goggles he wears on his forehead instead of his eyes. All of his clothes are well worn, a pair of jeans and a loose fitting shirt with a jacket that probably isn't legally his. His boots have been worn quite often and are quite sturdy seeing as they haven't worn any holes in themselves from the mountain yet. He is of average weight, maybe 170, and hie eyes are a deep warm brown.
Biography: For the longest time, Hogan has been on his own in the city. Both his parents were factory workers and were killed in an accident that Hogan blames on the government. They had been in unsafe conditions for the longest time and the government inspectors had become complacent taking bribes from the owners in exchange for a passing evaluation. That was 7 years ago. Since then he'd wandered the streets surviving off of handouts and making what little money he could by performing with his trained falcon. Soon enough, he'd joined with the rebels and was quickly driven out of the city by the police raids. Now he was stationed on Mt. Nerian, keeping tabs on the government and scientists. He's trained four other various mountian birds as messengers and uses them to communicate his findings with the main rebels, but still trusts the most important finding to his own falcon.

Heeey, I like this. Can I play? Well, here's a profile...sorry if it's a bit long; I tend to fail at concise writing. If this doesn't work out for the game, or you want me to change anything, just let me know....

Name: Victoria Callahan (Sometimes called “Vic” other times “Tori,” it depends on who you ask.)
Sex: Female.
Age: 25
Faction: Apparently Police, but she’s really working for the Rebellion.
Occupation: To any outside observer, as well as according to “official” records, Victoria is something equivalent to a Sergeant in the police force, and is a member of the small cell overseeing the excavations at Mt. Nerian. In actuality, she is an informant for the Rebellion.
Description: Victoria is, metaphorically, a tiny ball of fire. Standing just 4’10” she is shorter than all of her fellow Policemen, and most everyone for that matter. Victoria has always been petite, but due to her police training she is trim and very physically fit. She is fair-skinned and has long, auburn hair which is usually neatly kept up in a no-nonsense-looking bun (at least while she is working.) Her features, in keeping with her small figure, are demure, and quite delicate-looking; she looks at least 10 years younger than she is. She has emerald-colored eyes, and a few freckles dot the bridge of her nose and sprinkle across her cheeks. In fact, Vic, as most of her friends call her, looks quite like a fairy or some sort of small elf. Don’t let her youthful and innocent appearance fool you though, Victoria has all the skills and cunning of an adult. She’s an expert in combat, both armed and unarmed, keenly observant and quick on the uptake. She’s smart, and not afraid to manipulate her way into advantageous situations; although, she’d rather just fight her way into getting what she wants, quite honestly. Even though she is more than capable of analyzing a situation and coming to an informed decision, Vic is more of the “shoot first, ask questions later” type, metaphorically and literally. She is boisterous, and sometimes downright obnoxious. She is dynamic and energetic, and when she’s happy her happiness is infectious; when she’s angry…well that’s just dangerous. Despite all this, she is really quite a compassionate and empathetic person, deep down; sometimes her short fuse tends to get in the way of her big heart though. At her best, Victoria is kind, intelligent, bubbly, and outgoing. At her worst she is volatile, violent, vindictive, grating, spoiled, and just a downright bi*ch at times; she usually exists somewhere between these two extremes.
Biography: As the youngest child, and only daughter of some low-ranking elected official, Victoria was born with a silver spoon in her mouth, so to speak. Her family was affluent and seemingly happy; growing up she always had the best (from the latest fashions to the newest technologies.) Her family had robots and the works, everything was made instantly easy, where others had to strive. Her mother was obsessed with appearances, and hence sent all of her children to only the best schools. It only seemed natural that after their schooling was finished, Victoria and her two older brothers, Albert and Franklin should, respectively, join the Police force, become elite, and springboard themselves into political lives, following in their father’s footsteps. Victoria’s eldest brother set his plan off without a hitch, followed 5 years later by her middle brother. Victoria was fairly happy with the status quo of things for awhile; she had friends, money, and everything she could want, plus her brothers were Policemen, and that made her insanely proud. Then, when she was 15, something happened that effectively knocked all the wind out of Victoria’s sails and turned her happy life upside down: Franklin (who she had always been very close to) died. He had been reportedly attacked by the Rebellion while on some routine enforcement mission and killed. Devastated, Victoria spent all of her free time looking into the events surrounding her brother’s death; something about the explanation she had been given just didn’t gel right with her. Through her investigations, she found out her brother’s darkest secret, and the real cause of his death. He hadn’t been killed by the Rebellion, he had been a key informant, and when the government had discovered him, they had had him executed. Victoria knew her beloved brother would have to have had a good reason for seemingly betraying his family and government like he had, so she brought the whole matter to the attention of her father, who told her to drop and forget about it or face being ostracized from the family. Shocked, scared, and young, she did as instructed and dropped the issue, choosing to investigate on her own over the next few years while she finished school. It didn’t take much time for her to learn how corrupt the system truly was and to decide to take up her brother’s mantle and join the Rebellion. She’s been living a dual life ever since. Because of this, some of the members of the Rebellion who are in on her guise don’t trust her…they think she’s just an infiltrator for the Police. However, her heart is truly for the people.
