Also I've completely removed the ability to change layouts when in a new zone... The Halloween layout will be displayed no matter what zone you're in. (press f5 or clear your cache if the new images are not showing up)
Also the problem should be fixed now.

@Maeve: I'm using Chrome.

@Chu: It's difficult to create a character if you cannot click the link that says "Character" because it is part of a broken image.

@Catghost: The layout is no longer broken, now, thank you. However, the Halloween Layout was not displayed yesterday or the day prior. And believe me ;;grins;; I was holding Shift as I clicked Refresh, in an effort to clear my cache. Either way, it is fixed and I thank you immensely!
