Other: I've been online role playing for years in forums like this, IMs, IRC and other forms, as well as in games such as WoW and SecondLife. More recently I've begun taking my roleplay love to RL, where I now LARP (Live Action Role Play) at two games near where I live. Yes, I dress up and everything, use a foam weapon and have epic battles out in the countryside. I tend not to do the 1on1 roleplays unless we've groupe roleplay together before, or its pertaining to a private scene from a group role play. I tend to need a good, structured plot to get into it, or atleast a really decent set up. Not saying I wouldn't do it, just saying I seem to have problems with it. |
Edit: Also, Hiya Maeve! Good morning! I'm good, got the newest book from the Dresden Files series to read and I finally finished setting up my RPG here. It was a near constant two day labour of love to get the whole thing organised and set up, and I'll probably remember later some tidbit of information I still need to add. The important thing is that I can finally sit back and see if people will join it and get it rolling. 
I was thinking of starting up a little no-bio-needed thread in the main role play forum too, but I'm still mulling over potential ideas for it. How are you?

| Uggh I know how you all feel. I'm doing this all around my college work too. I'm in the last legs of my Design program, which I'll be done in april, but homg... This whole semester is devoted to portfolio building in -every.single.class-. We have ten weeks to put together a polished, interview ready, fully designed portfolio before we go out for placement interview in week 11.
It's crazy! I'm working straight from deadline to deadline. Thank god I work best underpressure. I'm like, a younger Rodney Mckay, who isn't a genius and doesn't save the world. So, sort of like a lamer version.
That was a really bad Stargate Atlantis joke... D:
