Another newb!

I found this place a few months ago and it's been on my favorites folder since... Finally joined today. I love the layout, art and avatars *-* I like smaller communities also, though I just generally suck at making and keeping friends (socially awkward) >>'

I love art and gaming, currently a lil bit obsessed with Mass Effect.
Also a loner who rarely leaves her room and is too old for having no life (25 next month). I'm from Brazil btw. Yay, nice to meet you Happy

How are things around here on off-topic-ness? Is it okay to go a little off-topic once in a while or is it better to keep it out of most forums and all?

A little off-topicness is fine.
Of course, if the off-topic conversation lasts for too long, let's say, more than 3-4 posts, it's preferred if you find the good thread to go talk about whatever it was you were talking about.
