Nah, just kidding. WE LOVE QUESTIONS!!!
Well basically, most skins were given out during events in the past. The Dragon skins for example were given out last year during our Lotus festival. A few are also Relics (Donation Items) from past monthly releases.
If you really want to get them I would advice you to start earning silver, either by posting (following to the rules of course.) or learn to use the battle system and earn silver their.

| Haha, thanks.. I like "The garden" But theres no way that ill EVER save up 2,000 for it.. =( I wish stuff was cheaper. Haha. I want a nice monster drop.. =( The only thing I've gotten from a monster was a sack of silver. And it only have 40 in it. I was eaarth dragon wings.. I beat 2 but all i got was silver from them. Ugh.. I think that this game should have a lottery!

| Honestly, at your characters level I would save the silver bags.
I believer...the chances of a higher yield rises as your character levels. Mine is at lvl 30 (Highest on the site baby! xD) and he can usually pull 1k from a bag.
Once you reach lvl 10 a new monster called Spiffy Shit will start to appear. It's kinda hard to kill at first but it has a 100% chance to drop a silver bag. You can make a nice bit of money if you spend alot of time in the BS.
