Thanks! Well, I'm creating a search thread right now. >w< Lol. I don't know if I want to create a group role-play or not; I have a big idea that I want to try.

Well, this is the place for plotting, uh, and planning. What kind of idea do you have? If you don't mind me asking, that is.

Well... it's a small yet big 'universe'. The story revolves around six characters, with four minor ones... so... about ten characters in total. It's a world I made up a while ago. Good against evil during a steampunkish-Middle Earth bit. I made up some species and names and locations.

It's about a ritual that happens once every century. One chosen teenager from four of the main kingdoms travel around their world with one guardian. They have to go through three trials before finishing their journey. The end of the journey... well... only the chosen ones can step foot on a special island. It's a gateway to the spirit world. The characters, in the end, sacrifice themselves for another century of prosperity in their world.

The new century, the Human kingdom is cursed by an evil entity who wants to control the power of the spirit world. There can only be four chosen, but the Human kingdom produces twins. The twin is allowed to go, but has no guardian of his own. The evil person, not of their world, shadows the twin as they travel with their sibling. It tries to persuade the twin - convert them, if that makes sense - so that the evil can gain access to the spirit world.

So... the main plot is fighting against the evil, while the sub-plot is to succeed in the three trials. >_< That's as best as I can put it in very general terms. Lol. ^_^;;

Hmm... that's an interesting idea. I'm honestly not familiar with the whole steampunk concept. But the rest sounds like it would make an interesting role play.

Steampunk is something I've always been interested in, so I wanted to incorporate it into something. It's kind of like, for the plot I posted, there is technology used in the medieval ages that we know was never used in the medieval ages. Of course, it would be steam-powered so the setting still holds some level of authenticity. ^__^

So, steampunk is kind of like 'Steamboy' meets 'Lord of the Rings'? That sounds a bit strange, but I can't complain. Stranger things have happened. Especially in my head. Yar.

We're a bit limited on players right now, so we're always happy to see some new faces. Figuratively speaking of course. You're free to takt a look at some of the roleplays that are happening. And you're more than welcome to plan out your roleplay. Which reminds me, I'm supposed to be working on my Dreamer roleplay. Bleh.

As for the Dreamers. It's something I've been working on for a while now. I haven't been able to open it due to several wrenches thrown into the plans. (Computer viruses, lost files, shortage of players, and lack of sleep/muse.) The basics are somewhere in the OOC thread under the name "Nightmares and Dreamscapes". I'll post a link if you would like it.

Duh, we really need some more role-players.
Not that role-playing in tiny group isn't interesting, but I feel like most of our group role-plays are one-on-one in disguise right now...

Though, I'd love to see some more role-plays being created, even if they are smaller/slower at first.
I think we had a steampunk one, but it didn't work well since the two most active people disappeared... So a new one would be lovely. And I've been waiting on the Dreamers role-play for long too
