yah I know what you mean, especially if people cry since someone has died. I was doing ok when that patient died, then family came with teary eyes and my eyes got teary too. :')

my head is running over from all the events and the crap at work. ARGH!
I really do not know what I should do to be honest.
Is talking a good decision or not?
They say that it is behind their back so not good to do, but they did that me countless times. And that I may make it worse and that they will even terrorize me more at work. ><wtf>< *crawls into a dark hole* D=

you have to look at it like this:

1. talking about it is ALWAYS a good case, that way you can tell what has been or is bothering you lately, and hope they come to an understanding.

2. Maybe some people think of it as talking behind their back, but in these cases i don't think it is, because it's only telling the truth, and the truth has to be told somehow... so don't see it as talking behind their back.

3. if they threaten to terrorize you (or if someone told you they will) it is an extra push in the back to certainly talk about it, since they are already feeling that it could turn out bad for THEM.

4. a personal advice: relax and be calm, and try not too look too nervous in front of your 'attackers' ... because if you DO show ur anxious and a bit scared, they know that you won't tell if they push you a bit further. (if you know what i mean).

So if I do nothing, nothing happens, it won't get worse but it won't get any better either.
I just hope that when I go to talk to her, she won't act as if I am overreacting, since I am not. I do not complain easy at work about things, when I do, it is serious, but because I am so insecure about them surely doubting what I say, I am even starting to doubt myself now. ><

I always doubt myself, thinking I have no right to stand up for myself, all my life when I tried to do that, I got slapped or kicked, or bullied even worse, or people laughed at me, or did not believe me, or said I was being a crybaby.

I know it is bad, but I am feeling that nobody else will agree with me, even when 3 co-workers do agree with me...because of people never taking me serious, when it was serious, I feel like, it would not matter anyways, even if I go talk, that she won't believe me, tell me to get over it, tell the co-workers I complain about them, and to get terrosized even more as a result. ><
