Okay! So, I had this idea:
What if there was an option to donate to the site for the specific purpose of getting a custom rank put under your name?
Not payment through gold or anything, but the use of your real money to do it no matter what.
It could cost, like, $10 for the custom rank and then maybe $2 every time you want to change it to something else.
I think it'd be a great and original way for the site to get extra money, cuz' I've never seen anything like this on another site. <3
Any comments, critique, etc?

| I dunno, cause it wouldn't be fair to those who can't donate AND I dunno how hard that would be for Cat to code in for everyone who would be willing to donate. ^_^;
I'm against it only it's like saying that this is only for those able to donate, and it sorta reminds me of AQ, DF, MQ, and AQW where only those willing to donate have special access to stuff, which in this case would be special ranks.
The only exception to the whole "special title" thing would be usergroups such as Site Owner (Cat), Administrator (me), and Moderator (Hiro and Chu), and anymore created if ever. :3

Well, it could always just be set to cost Gold to do it, so everyone will at least have a chance. <3
Yeah, I was thinking of that as well. I was thinking that custom ranks would be made in their own color, like they'd all be made green, blue, etc. to differentiate from the positions of power. >8D

| I thought about it overnight, and my mind brought up a convincing issue.
Scammers could just make ranks like "Moderater" or something, just a tad bit different from the higher ranks, and con people.

| Yeah, thats why I don't really think we need custom ranks.
Maybe pictures(like the admin/mod rank images), so you could buy rank image from the shop and they show up under your name. o:
(but they be pre-made by me, of course!)

| I dunno..cause when it comes to ranks, I see the image first rather than the small print "Admin" under my name. XP
So I guess as long as it's smaller and not a feathers of Miu image, I guess I'll be okay with it. >_>

| Good idea.....didn't read through every post.....so if i've said something already said, i apologize. 
It's just that would take alot of effort and time, plus some people can't pay to get a rank.
I don't think that's very fair.
